    How is it possible that state and local jiaicudries are unfamiliar with Heller Vs. The United States?Only last year, this Supreme Court decision deemed ALL ordinances and regulations within the borders of the United States that prohibit the bearing of arms are unconstitutional and in direct contradiction and disregard of the second amendment. …Of course, if the citizens of NH believe this to be an expression of unjust government, then they are required by the NH state constitution to rise up in revolt against that government –to defend our state’s sovereign power to disarm its citizens…
