		<description>For clarification, Cheshire TV got a director of operations about 1.5-2 years ago and began working to launch the TV station, but it has been on the air just less than a year. Getting the money that was agreed to will not solve all our problems, but it will hopefully be a great step toward getting the city to understand what a service the station is, and what they should do to help.</description>
