If you can somehow deny your citizenship, you might be able to declare yourself an undocumented immigrant. You then qualify for all the benefits of non-citizens, including healthcare, education, welfare and avoidance of law enforcement. Sand off your fingerprints, give a false name and address every time you are arrested and they cannot track you. The only remaining obstacle is that your ownership rights might be revoked if you cannot prove you are the rightful owner. Without your name and address on the vehicle, the law would likely impound it. So, maybe take a vacation to Mexico or Canada, purchase a vehicle and drive it back across the border. If you are unable or willing to do the aforementioned, you could run for Mayor in the next election (and certainly win). Then, you'd be able to walk downstairs during one of the breaks that I'm sure the City Employees Union has negotiated with the City to register your car - I think you even get a $4,200/yr car allowance (I'll have to double-check) for attending all those ribbon-cutting ceremonies!

Typical. In so many companies both public and private there is no responsibility, no accountability, and no consequences for mistakes or mistreating customers. How many times have you called a company to hear a voicemail greeting more than a week out of date? Don't feel like returning a phone call? Getting a different excuse from each person? So what? Nobody cares. Promise anything-just get 'em off the phone and forget 'em. Management only cares about making a revenue number arbitrarily made up by some Wall St analyst.

And if you don't register, you get thrown in jail. This system has to go.
