The only remaining obstacle is that your ownership rights might be revoked if you cannot prove you are the rightful owner. Without your name and address on the vehicle, the law would likely impound it. So, maybe take a vacation to Mexico or Canada, purchase a vehicle and drive it back across the border. If you are unable or willing to do the aforementioned, you could run for Mayor in the next election (and certainly win). Then, you'd be able to walk downstairs during one of the breaks that I'm sure the City Employees Union has negotiated with the City to register your car - I think you even get a $4,200/yr car allowance (I'll have to double-check) for attending all those ribbon-cutting ceremonies! Nobody cares. Promise anything-just get 'em off the phone and forget 'em. Management only cares about making a revenue number arbitrarily made up by some Wall St analyst. Typical.
