Toby and Nick start the show by talking about the police state with three videos, including an out of control from Florida, Jimmy Justice policing the police, and a student being tasered at a John Kerry speech. In The Law, the new NH smoking ban is looked at. Later in News Rip Toby and Nick talk about the Iraq war, with video from the Sept. 15th Washington DC protest an Alan Greenspan’s view on the war, students at George Washington University start 2nd Amendment club, and man jailed over 50-cent toll. Also, Lauren Canario and her story about being arrested for walking towards Ed Brown’s place in Plainfield NH, as well as the Mail Bag.
