To Nick:
Sad to say dude, you are horridly misinformed.
The Income Tax Act of 1913 (not LAW, by the way), as was instituted - not ratified - only to cover the INTEREST payments leaving the US Treasury and being paid to the then newly created private corporation called the Federal Reserve; who in turn was given exclusive sole right and privilege to print money and loan it back to the US Treasury with a debit percentage landed on each dollar issued.

Oh, and by the way, why is the IRS a registered entity in Puerto Rico? To manipulate the court game procedures via the covert summoning of Admiralty and Maritime Law perhaps?

Your argument about shortfalls in government promised entitlements is flawed from sentence one. Go back to google, read up on the congressional proceedings of 1912 leading up to the unlawful acts that now further enslave you and your kin to paying a debt that is illusionary at best.

BTW, Had the congressional sessions of the last 8 years left well enough alone, SS payments would now be a non-issue to the year 2035, and beyond…

I admire your attempts at finding solutions, yet don’t be running off at the mouth assuming me or you or anyone else is responsible for this shortfall simply because we breath. Register to vote, organize campaigns for viable alternative senators and house representatives, call and email your current congressional reps ("we all gots 3 of them where ever we done live in the 50 states of ‘merdika"), and educate yourself and others as to the origin of the situation of which we are now faced. Lobby and push for shrub boy’s top 1% tax cuts to be reversed; … the list of action one can take is actually quite lengthy…

Enjoy your sense of being responsible for things you did not cause nor that are not of your liking, but maybe you can focus your sense of duty toward changing the current legislative system, players, leaders or all; instead of searching for dollars to feed a corrupt lunacy.

You hope Obama wins over Clinton? I suggest you think hard about that. There's little if any difference between the two in terms of policy -- both are abject Socialists. Obama, however, is highly charismatic and will convince millions of people that government is the solution to their problems. I shudder to think of it...
