Keep up the great work! I watched the YouTube copwatch video that's about 50 minutes and it was great. I spent a good time yesterday reading the NH wiretap laws and it's so unclear what this definition means.

"II. ""Oral communication'' means any oral communication uttered by a person exhibiting an expectation that such communication is not subject to interception under circumstances justifying such expectation."

What is a "circumstance justifying such expectation" that a person will not be recorded and how does a person "exhibit an expectation" that his conversation isn't being recorded? No one should have an expectation of privacy from being recorded unless the person is on their own property.

33 states have one party consent law and I don't see any problems with it.

I found there was a bill introduced to change the law not long after Gannon's arrest. I guess nothing good came of it.
