Also, compared to the real inflation that's going on this might actually be a decrease in the size of government. Of course the problem is people do not get raises at the rate of inflation either so it's still a negative on tax payers. I'm strongly considering Keene as my destination this summer with the growing voluntaryist movement and glad to see you're not shy about pointing out some of the problems going on and not just the good stuff.
