Vids uploaded as of the end of March will automatically be avail in HQ. I will need to re-upload some of my better videos to see what happens, if youtube is now in higher quality. Those look much improved over anything I've uploaded. Wait. I didn't even have to re-upload. I checked one of my videos and under the number of views, I can click "View in High Quality" and it does. wow... Wow.
