The only reason you got away with stating that you were not harassing anyone is because you had a group with a cameraman. If you'd continued to ask questions, it would have likely gone on longer. That may or may not be what you want. Besides normal conversations with Keene officers, I've yet to come away from an encounter happy with what I said to them. I should have instead of denying "harassing" people, rephrased it into a question like, "Are you alleging we are harassing people?" Clearly I need more practice.
