Can I bring illegal milk cartons filled with water? What will you do if the police tell you to stop the illegal gambling or you'll all be arrested? Will you disobey the order? What if the police show up and say that you all have to leave because you didn't have the proper permits? Knowing all of you I know none of you are getting permits for this and knowing governments I know they require a permit for at least one thing you'll be doing.
