My Useless Chat with the NH “Department of Justice”

This audio is boring as hell and mostly useless except to prove that government people aren’t interested in giving answers to important questions regarding their legitimacy. The “Department of Justice” spokesman Richard Head was nice enough to allow me to record the call and was certainly friendly in his non-responses, when he could have been mean and nasty, so credit to him for being at least approachable. Here’s the audio file.

I don’t think it’s possible to get answers from these people. Clearly the government masters are not going to point the way off the plantation. If you can think of a better way to go about this, please post your ideas to the comments area.

Here are the questions I asked Mr. Head:

Is your office operating under the NH constitution?
Is the NH govt a “govt of right”?
Is the NH govt consent based or coercion based?
Are you familiar with article 1 of the NH bill of rights? ” All men are born equally free and independent; therefore, all government of right originates from the people, is founded in consent, and instituted for the general good.”
Factually, what is the “STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE”?
Do you believe it is right to aggress against peaceful people?
The “city of keene” stated in their letter, “The City of Keene acts with statutory authority granted to it by the New Hampshire legislature.” Factually, what is “statutory authority”? How did the people calling themselves the legislature get it to grant in the first place?
Keene also stated, “payment will be deposited and credited against that tax obligation for the property.” Factually, how is it that an inanimate object can become obligated todo anything? How was this obligation created?
Is it possible to be a citizen of NH without being a US citizen?
Is a society a voluntary association of individuals joined together for a common cause?
Can two societies exist in the same geographic area?

I don't think this was useless at all. It pretty much confirmed my own thoughts on the matter. Since you did not get the same value from it as I, I'll share what I got out of it with you:

    1) No bureaucrat or government flunky wants to be put on the spot by answering questions that could come back to haunt them. By answering any question that might have different meanings (particularly a legal definition), they'd simply be setting themselves up for blowback by anyone who wanted to take what they said and use it against them. This is why they duck and cover when asked just about anything and give non-answers. Lawyers have legalese, politicians have doublespeak.

    2) They aren't rocket scientists. They just do whatever job it is they're told to do so they can bank some primo cash. The likelihood of them having ever thought about where government gets its authority is slim to nil.

    3) It might be more useful to contact a friendly lawyer and ask them instead. Their job is to know all this crap and, if they don't, they have people to do the research. It is also part of their job to be able to translate legalese into English and actually give you, if you are their client, a straight answer.

Now you know and knowing is half the battle.

    YO JOE!

the underlying question hiding under these leaves is always, "would you agree with me today that you are a sodden criminal who should, at least, be run out on a rail?"

so what do you expect other than laughable obfuscation and hedging? do you not believe they are criminals? that's the question, ian. you're asking them to agree to give up their careers in crime. may as well throw rocks at a safe dial and hope you strike the combination. they are the worst sort of cowardly violent criminal, bathing in vacant sanctimony, and you're coddling them out of fear and more than a little inappropriate obeisance. they want you obeying or dead; you're thanking them for recording their worthless voices.

they have us up against a wall, and the only way out is through the aggressor. sucks, huh? you will always back down following this sort of attempt at appeasement. time to get your mind right or give it up. time for us all.

  • http://freetalklive.com/ Ian

I figured I'd ask a few questions and see what they have to say. It's totally what I expected to happen and of course I know they are criminals. I'm not naive.

Sounds like you're beating around the bush at advocating violence against them, Mr. "Hardman". I will not lower myself to their level. We will discover peaceful solutions to the terrorism these government people foist on us, and we have only begun the process. Keep watching.

  • http://pshields.net Patrick Shields

I'd like to hear… "Do you realize that some people don't consent to or acknowledge the legitimacy of the government? Do you admit that the government is really just a tool of whoever can appeal to the majority?"

  • charley hardman

Sounds like you’re beating around the bush at advocating violence against them, Mr. “Hardman”.

no beating around the bush. i have long advocated moral self defense, as does any rational man. as V said, truthfully, violence can be used for good. often it is the only thing one can do other than suicide, which is what you seem to advocate. the oddity is that you treat these vermin more highly than you would an armed robber, when the proper alignment is the other way around.

no reason for you to put my last name in quotes. unlike yours, "freeman", it is my real name.

  • Zeus

I’d like to hear… “Do you realize that some people don’t consent to or acknowledge the legitimacy of the government? Do you admit that the government is really just a tool of whoever can appeal to the majority?”

Well, to alleviate the suspense the obvious answers would be:

    1) "We have a government wherein the public uses a democratic process to choose representation. And if the next words out of your mouth refute that statement in anyway, I'm going stick my fingers in my ears and shout la-la-la-la-la until you go away."

    2) "La-la-la-la-la la-la-la-la-la la-la-la-la-la."

  • http://freetalklive.com/ Ian

I think you get more flies with honey.

Why don't you enlighten us to your path, Charley?

  • charley hardman

you know what that flies with honey talk is? disguise for wretched subservience. and you're not the first to talk it here. this situation truly is no different than a robber breaking into your house, except for the part where it's much worse. you going to talk "flies with honey" to armed robbers? please. just stop it. it's puerile posturing nonsense. an excuse for receiving the cudgel.

i don't advocate anyone fly into the teeth of these lowest of scoundrels. however, if you're not going to fight by any other than their perverse rules (which is not fighting), don't pretend otherwise. i understand why you've chosen to attempt to negotiate with them and appeal for their mercy and understanding, and nobody who hasn't stood before one of these robed scumbags and had his life ordered into shambles should speak on the matter. for it's one thing to talk tough and another to be there in that blinding reality flash when the slavery's finally shoved in your face by moral and intellectual inferiors.

i get it, and i have sympathy. doesn't mean it isn't sad though. doesn't mean we aren't being destroyed in the meanest way. we are gradually and definitely becoming not men.

it appears this is not our time. we are not the first to be stuck so. however, is your life worth so little that you'll play these games interminably, holding up the vaporous promise of better days via servility way? your pretend denunciation of "violence" fools no one with a brain. you are taking the preservation road, talking liberty while obeying. just be honest about it. mostly, we are cowards. if we are surviving these years, it's through cowardice. have the honor to face that sickness.

  • http://freetalklive.com/ Ian

I understand cowardice and I agree I and most others are obeying (to whatever extent) to protect those we love, including ourselves. I do not apologize for it, but by reaching little by little for more courage and acting upon it, I hope others will be inspired to do the same until the aggressors can no longer harm us.

I don't agree change for the better is not in our time. We can choose a better world and we are. The voluntary society is coming. My life has plenty of meaning and I don't regret any of it.

Oh, and my "real" name is whatever I want it to be.

  • charley hardman

Oh, and my “real” name is whatever I want it to be.

a statement i'd have agreed with had you treated my birth name similarly.

  • http://freetalklive.com/ Ian

I apologize. You came off as a bit aggressive and I shouldn't have responded in kind. Hopefully you can understand why I made the mistake and forgive me.

  • Zeus

Anything I would like to say right now is better left unsaid.

    But screw it.

What I wanna know is went this convo when from a violent thriller to a chick-flick?

Now pardon me while I put on my bunny slippers and go hug someone.

And for those of you playing the home game, repeat Charley's diatribe in a vocal style reminiscent of Slingblade. It sounds hella crazy. I'll record it myself should anyone want a copy.

This man can't possible dispute being a Dick Head, although a very polite Dick Head.

…"robed scumbags and had his life ordered into shambles"…YUP, that's me…i've lost count, literally, of how many times i've stood in front of the…"robed scumbags and had my life ordered into shambles"…Yes, I was often afraid. Terrified. Terrorized. Yes, terrorized. Read the definitions for "terrorist", & "terrorist organization" in the "USA Patriot Act"…see how they describe & define, *EXACTLY* the cops, & the gov't in general???…That's beyond irony…The very terrorists who outlawed terrorists, are themselves terrorists…but then, I send money to *GREENPEACE*, so they put me on a funny list, too…but hey, it's not like they called it *GREENVIOLENTWAR*, is it???…the really stupid thing is, we're all so peaceful…I don't think that's really cowardice, at all…the *REAL COWARDS* are the cops, & judges, & bureaucrats…*WE*, on the other hand, act out of concern for ourselves, & others…When judge-lette eddy burkah was stealing my home judicially, i was only concerned with not hurting my Mother…now, i see the error of my ways…so what should i do??? go find 2 Lilac St. in person???…really, i've got better things to do, to waste my time…like post here, & read what everybody else writes here…YOU ROCK, IAN, EVEN IF YOU DID WIMP OUT AFTER 3 DAYS, & THEN BLAME YOUR WOMAN…hell, i'd use that excuse to get out of jail, if i had a woman to blame, and a lame-ass judge…you should still be in jail for 76 1/2 more days…pussy…shit, he gave you 3 times 30, plus 3…*grin*…etc.,…

  • elkheart

…wish i'd listened to the audio file *FIRST*…i wouldn't have wasted so much time writing #77166…those were the lamest-ass Q?'s, asked in the most, uh, er, uh, unprofessional manner…yes, *i* can do much better than that, Ian…Mr Richard Head did a better job *ANSWERING* your poorly-asked questions, than you did, in *ASKING* them…that's not meant to be nasty, just *MY* simple, honest, truth. I think you're an idiot, Ian. But, I'm also very, very very glad that you're here, doing what you do. In my mind, at least, you make me look good…huh, *GUNNY*???…(semper fi, shane, semper fi…uncle sams' marijauna club, gonna make you fly…semper fi, semper fi…& ahm his neff-yew, too!, AYUP!…

  • RWW

Charley, I'd like to point out that under the current conditions, if Ian were willing to commit some violence against the government, it would be best not to say so. This is, I'd like to believe, the actual situation.

  • Vesuvius

I have to ask you Ian, who wants to catch flies? They are an annoying pest best smashed to oblivion between two heavy book. It's becoming abundantly clear to me that these people have on interest in seeing reality through a rational lens. They will cling to their delusions until their last breath. You are free to try whatever methods you deem worthwhile of course, I have just reached the point where I think the only thing that will get through to them is letting them know I'm mad as hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore and that I aim to misbehave.
