The root

by James B Schlessinger Jr.

You go along to get along
And when everything goes wrong
You only seek to prolong
The same old song

If change is going to happen
It is going to require action
Not more of this distraction
As a dead horse is beaten

The market will correct
When the malinvestment is put in check
The Fed must be closed
Or the economy is hosed

The money is the problem
Because you didn’t follow the Maxim
The printing presses rolled
When we should be using gold

Another good one. You're feeling inspired these days, eh?

have you considered posting these to Lyrics For Liberty ( http://lyricsforliberty.blogspot.com/ )?

I looked at that blog but to be frank if I can make money off of poetry, you can bet your ass I'm going to do so. If it is required that I claim ownership or copyright then so be it. I don't like being a wage slave and if writing holds the key to my shackles then I shall write a million books to break my bonds.

Also I am trying to write more positive poetry but I am without love and it is difficult to find that positive energy. I am looking for it and the future looks good but in the meantime I will take what writings I can get/produce.

Thanks for the encouragement Mike and glad to see that you are not in the clutches of the government.
