    Excuse me if I missed this, but what happended with Dave’s Arraingnment? Was it not held at all due to the arrests, etc. and to be rescheduled?

    They entered a plea of not guilty for Dave as he refused to plea.

    That’s a conflict of interest. They can’t make a plea for him, they can’t represent him and the state at the same time.
