For example, when I was there on TH the people who got their after us were given 35 min to visit someone. Our group was given 30 min to visit Sam. There doesn't seem to be any sense of order or standard procedures although maybe I'm not judging the corrections facility fairly. Was Sam ever registered or born with a different last name? Sometimes people change their names when they get adopted or parents get remarried?
