very likely that sam wouldn’t be in jail now had i been representing him. i base that on my performance in goon courts and, in part, my opposition to that writ “strategy” lunacy (including the writ template), not how your dumb ass feels about me via message board interaction.

My recommendation for you is to let Sam and his friends handle this,

observation of their record, and my concern for and admiration of sam, is why i assert that aid is likely necessary, though it may have come in the form of ivy’s arrest (don’t know). you making a “recommendation” about any of this is a joke.

With that said, Ian’s suggestion is cogent.

Personally, I wouldn’t let you within a country mile of my court date. I’d go it alone first. You’re a loose cannon that I wouldn’t presume to point in any particular direction.

My recommendation for you is to let Sam and his friends handle this, and help by spreading the word about his kidnapping as far and as wide as possible.

With that said, Ian’s suggestion is cogent. Contact Sam personally and offer your services, and let it be his choice whether to utilize them or not.

To answer your question, there is no one that I know of sitting in for Ivy at this time. Sam mentioned some lawyer, but I don’t know him.

i’ve attempted to find out from ian who the best contact is re sam’s defense, and that has resulted in, basically, dick (a one-line email telling me — shocker — that ivy’s in jail, then no reply to my follow-up request).

i assume then that sam’s covered and wouldn’t benefit from the extra aid of a good crime-syndicate-courtroom pro se litigator. that’s great news, especially in light of ivy’s kidnapping; looking forward to the video of sam thrashing tyrant B-boy — radically unlike the usual FK embarrassments.

It is indeed an interesting coincidence that Ivy was arrested on past warrants just now. It is possible – and this is pure speculation – that the government people against Sam (e.g., prosecutor, judge) became concerned that Sam and Ivy were really showing how the government people were breaking their own rules and how almost all of the government people’s decisions are corrupt and immoral, so they did some background research on Ivy to find something to stop it. A non-lawyer can only represent you in court in New Hampshire, I think, if the non-lawyer is in “good standing” with the court (i.e., is not convicted of anything). So now they probably won’t let Ivy represent Sam any more.

I just saw Ridley’s report on getting Ivy’s computer/printer at their restaurant and Bill’s call into Porc411. They are on to all people posting here and nhliberty/ nhunderground, etc. etc. This is too coincidental and they are working real hard to make sure they are not touched on the state level. Everyone that is working with Sam and Ivy need to spread all of the public info out fast to as many people as possible. Have camera’s at Sam’s/ Ivy’s court dates but also have small hidden camera’s with transmit capabilities. Even small Flip cameras/ phone cameras, Lapel cams, button cams, etc., anything to ensure that all the info is out on the open. Everyone should now secure and encrypt all of your files and have copies at remote servers such as Cryptonite or international severs, hide multiple copies close to you. Do it as much as possible. Any computer or camera that the gov’t can get their hands on should be encrypted or empty. The Judge on Freedom Watch said it best, “The Camera is the new Gun” If you use it, make sure you use it wisely and empty the files as fast as possible. Keep multiple SD cards with copy capabilities with you and change out your SD cards often. Think of them as bullets. Good luck to everyone!
