    At about the 20 minute mark in the show you guys were discussing inflation and you mentioned that we really haven’t seen inflation yet. The strict Austrian free market definition of inflation is an increase in the money supply, so in fact we have seen inflation. An increase in the money supply doesn’t necessarily show up immediately by increasing the price of goods and services.

    I think it is very important not to confuse the definition of inflation with an increase in prices. This is the definition the Federal Reserve tries to use in order to confuse people and hide the fact that they are the ones who directly cause inflation by their increase in the money supply.
