As you may know, we’ve been experimenting with QIK.com’s live streaming video service. Activists are “arming up” with smartphones and streaming live video and audio of activism as-it-happens. Now you can see these live streamed videos moments after they air, permanently on our new YouTube channel, “Free Keene Live“. You’ll also see it in our right menu as “YouTube Live”. To kick things off, I’ve included the live video of Sam’s arrest on Friday. Don’t forget to hit the “Subscribe” button, as many of these videos will not be featured here on the blog.

Was Sam pulled over for an infraction? If not then what reason did they have to pull him over and how did they know his license was suspended? And did they even pull him over or was he already parked before they approached him. Just seems things aren't adding up correctly and I am definitely noticing a fishy odor.

Maxfield found out about sam's apparently brand new suspended license from a background check. Maxfied calls Thomas. Thomas follows sam from court to parking garage, blocks sam in somehow, calls backup while approaching car. Did I get this straight?

It also sounds as if something would have happened if noone showed up.

So, the Keene police found out that Sam's license had been suspended from a background check. And instead of stopping Sam before he entered his car and informing him that they discovered that his license had been suspended and asking if he knew it had been suspended and warning him that if he drove they would have to arrest him they entrap him and follow him so they can arrest him. I thought it was the duty of the police to stop crime, not watch it.
