What if “they” created a “free speech zone” for some event, & then, a bunch of *activists* w/camping gear, etc., showed up and set up camp/housekeeping? And then, refused to leave. And, claimed LEGAL RIGHTS TO INHABIT THIS NEW ZONE/HOME?
