Thank you for clarifying the intent of your statement, Josh. I apologize if violent intent was implied by me in response to your (admittedly vague) statement. May I ask why you would not be open to listening to the opinions of others on the subject of…I'm sorry, what was the subject? Was it legalization of drugs? Personally, I listen to everyone, even those whom I 'hate', because I don't want to miss out on some nugget of knowledge that I may pick up, and could not by closing my ears and mind to that person. What is your view?

Josh I think you have read it wrong. Liberty lovers are peaceful people and so we don't like violence and we seek to distance ourselves from it. The uninitiated may charge that we're oversensitive, but it's simply that we take our principles very seriously.

This is the problem with alot you, you all think people are out to hurt you physically. What i meant by it was you would come up to my car and have an extremely unpleasnt time trying to speak to me about your opinions on the subject. I would not hurt anyone.

I totally get you, Bill. However, it's a good idea (in my humble opinion lol) not to assign deeds or the intent thereof to people who have not thusly acted.

With that in mind, I would watch my step around 'Josh'. He sounds like a dangerous and misguided individual.

Whoa Bill, Josh didn't say that. He could have meant that he was going to sew someone's lips shut. Or stabbed their voice box. Or something.

He could have even meant that he would do something to himself, like repeatedly blow an air horn into his ears, or leave the area permanently.

Josh, I'm sure that most of the 420 crowd are well aware of the pretty platitudes in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Nice language. Too bad there's no enforcement clause. Then when legislators and police prove that they don't understand the meaning of their oaths to uphold and defend that Constitution, something they do every day, we'd have a legal recourse.

Smoking cannabis is not a crime. No matter how many blatantly unconstitutional so-called "laws" the organized criminals in DC or Concord pass. Crimes have victims. Smoking dope does not. Government's single method is violence or the threat of violence. Seems you've learned that well, since you just threatened to shoot anyone who simply approaches your car.

Clearly the previous Josh is twelve. Do YOU know the purpose of government? I sure do know what the constitution, specifically the first, second, eighth and ninth items of the bill of rights:

First: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Second: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Eighth: Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. (years in prison for possessing a plant?)

Ninth: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. – Namely, this is in regard to property rights, primarily SELF OWNERSHIP.

Where did you comb your statistics from? 90% of the entire city? Furthermore, I am one of those performing musicians, and planned on performing for free as my contribution to the event as I have done twice previously. Any compensation is a token gesture and appreciated as such.

More annoying than anything? My dear boy, nothing is more annoying than an angry little statist with poor writing skills and nothing to say beyond "you're a dumb-face."
