Correction: Evan Pierce is in Jail

Evan Pierce
Initial reports indicated that Evan Pierce was released along with Rich Paul and Noah Wood after todays 420 event.  I have come to learn that Evan is at the Cheshire County Correctional Facility.

I apologize for the mistake.

This makes 4 total activists in jail.

  • IHaveHadEnough

    Good place for him

  • http://ringingliberty.com Paul

Ah yes, had enough, the right place for all people who don't do exactly as you say. What, they think they own their bodies? Of course not — they need to ask you permission first.

  • Josh

Have you met Evan? He is a good kid. The kind of person who thinks this world should operate WITHOUT hurting others. Yeah people like that belong in jail. You Mr. or Ms "IHaveHadEnough" are a sick individual who should seek counseling.

  • AnarchoJesse

It's not the protester who is standing up for your rights, it's the cop in riot gear kicking his teeth in.

    Right, IHaveHadEnough?

  • END GAME

I'd side with the cop anyday Jesse

  • theKINGofKEENE

Of course you would, Fred. You keep forgeeting that you're supposed to be retired.

  • getoverit

he broke the law and deserves his consequence. How would you feel if they let a robber out of jail simply because a friend say they were "a good person"?

  • Brad

    has he been tried?

  • ihavehadenough

Cant wait for that trial…i am sure it will be a cluster fuck of an attempt by these free staters to impede justice and be as difficult as possible. Anything to generate controversy and get more video for this site. Maybe the judge will be able to cite all of them with contempt and lock the whole bunch up. That should make Keene a nice peaceful place again for a few weeks.

  • Josh

The "law" in this case is jailing a person who has victimized NOBODY.The only VICTIM of marijuana use is your own sad and fragile sensibilities.

  • http://freekeeeeeeeene morons

i hope hadenough ends up in jail.

  • ihavehadenough

Hey MORON….that will never happen. Unless its for whacking the crap out of a free stater. But then again…as a connected "statist" and respected member of several "statist" organizations, I bet I can engineer a conspiracy to keep me out.

  • Wiles

    Getoverit,

All of the liberty activists support property rights, so robbery, murder, assault, kidnapping, all of these crimes where a victim exists are opposed by liberty activists. These criminals should pay restitution to the victim to make the victim as whole as possible.

In this case, there was no victim so, yeah, not a good analogy.

  • AnarchoJesse

IHaveHadEnough, if you think throwing people in a cage over nothing is "justice", you have a truly perverted notion of what justice is.

FWIW: I tried to watch a youtubevideo of the recent "G20" protests in Phil., PA., titled "Cops trap students in staircase, pepper spray & gas them"..- 4 times,it stopped at 18 seconds and "froze"…that was all…*BUT*, the video of cop deployment of the LRAD(Long Range Acoustic Device), a non-lethel weapon of the type developed out of DARPA, *THAT* video played **just fine**!!!…go figure!…As for the Pumpkin Fest 420 protests, anybody *ELSE* notice that it took a shitload of State Troopers, and town cops from about 20 towns, to arrest the 420 kids???…Like I said before: K.P.D. = Kids' Play Dolls / Kings' Puppy Dogs…Sure, KPD can "bully-up" on a couple of you pussy-ass 420 kids, but anything much more than that is beyond their capabilities…KPD is poorly trained, poorly supervised(@Chief level), and poorly overseen by the Jumanjiville/keene town council…IHAVEHADENOUGH sure *TALKS TOUGH*, but he's another 420pussy trying to get a reaction…(A jailed 420 protester in a button-down collar shirt???…musta got it where Carl Patten got his faggoty-assed Detroit DEAth's head *POLO SHIRT*!!!…*grin*…GOD, I LOVE AMERICA!…

I like it when the cops say, "He broke the law. We're just doing our jobs enforcing the law on the books." Yeah right. Police profit directly from laughably unconstitutional drug war property forfeiture laws. How many cars and houses have the Keene police or the regional drug task force they participate in grabbed using the presumed guilty legal standard of drug forfeiture suits? The police's salaries and pensions depend on the drug war. Plus, police unions lobby states and cities for stricter drug laws and bigger enforcement budgets. Police are a huge special interest pressure group blocking drug law reform. The police state's power depends on the war on drugs and strict drug law enforcement. They say they are just doing their jobs, but they are LIARS. Police LOVE the war on drugs and they support it fervently because it gives them power over way more people than they would otherwise have.

  • Brad

For the love of God, please challenge the standing of those that make the complaint.

    ivehadenough, relax

  • theKINGofKEENE

Brad is right, guys! Once you get sucked into the system, you may as well kick their asses by playing by their rules…He's correct on one good strategy…What is the statutory validity of all the diferent jurisdictions' involvement? If *ALL* the arresting officers involved are *NOT* present at your arraingnments, motion to dismiss for "failure to perfect prosecution"…(…IVEHADENOUGH **CAN'T** relax…he's been snorting his Ritalin again…that's what his girlfriend told me before she, oh, shoot!, there I go again…*grin*…///…"When I do bad, nobody forgets, when I do good, nobody remembers!"…

  • ihavehadenough

Brad is an idiot. You guys need some serious legal advice because all the brilliant ideas you put forth have been over ruled time after time and are absurd. In reflection that does fit with everything else about you.

King…have you ever had a coherent thought or typed a complete sentence?

  • http://freekeeeeeeeene Eli Rivera

    cops are criminals

  • CrossApilux

    Phaze 4 begins.

  • theKINGofKEENE

I have had enough. For now. I will get more later. Does that qualify? "It's so much easier to infiltrate the enemy camp when they drive them in themselves, than it is to get their lazy asses' jobs at the jail"…Actually, *ANY* of you is more than enough, what else ya' got, kiddo???…

  • Brad

Like a stopped clock, if an idiot, I am at LEAST likely to be correct 2x per day.

These good volunteerists really are too smart to take advice from you, ivehadenough, who have clearly demonstrated both your animosity and antipathy towards them as humans and towards their cause.

    1. Who brings charges; what injury has been inflicted upon them; if none; no standing; dismiss the case.

    2. Who brings the charges NOT dismissed; is the complaint perfect; if they cannot tell you how the complaint is perfect, it must be imperfect; dismiss them as "not being expert."

    3. If that fails; who does the judge represent at the proceedings? The state. The state is a party to the proceedings; judge must recuse himself.

I may be wrong, but you are on a railroad, fellows.

    Best to you.

PS you WILL win if you have enough numbers and tenacity to outlast the opponents; it costs a LOT to try and also to incarcerate you… economics dictates that they will tire of it, if you have enough stamina and numbers.

  • ihavehadenough

    Hey Brad,

You may believe your ideas are valid, and more power to you. The problem is that no established legal code, precedent or dictum gives any of your scenarios validity. Your concepts are not admissable as settled law and if intoduced as a defense would not be allowed. I am not sure your love of liberty allows you to rewrite established law and change rules of evidence and procedure as adopted by the court system of NH and most federal courts.

Oh, by the way. The judge does not represent the state. He is seated as an impartial party to the process. I have sat many times and been appaled at the rulings handed down against the state in the name of constitutional process and upholding established law.

The state – or its designee as in the prosecutor – represents the people as a whole and any of the indivual citizens injured. The state also speaks for the people thru their duly elected legislators in setting law and imposing that law protects the collective citizenry and a violation of the law is a defacto injury to the people.

Brad, if you are a lawyer, you should be disbarred. If not, you are seriously misleading people with your grand schemes.
