UPDATE!! Ryan Maddox is released after being arraigned this afternoon! He has a curfew now and another court case for “Hindering the Prosecution” of our neighbor lady.

The Sheriffs had an utter disregard for safety and speed off while turning the car and ended up running over the foot of Jesse O’Keene.

i hope ryan was recording the incident. Whether or not he was ‘obstructing’ will depend on the interaction between him and the deputy.

Word is that if his foot really got run over it was because he was chasing the Sheriff’s car down the street and kicking it.

The half dozen or so witnesses I’m sure would testify otherwise, but I’m not going to say much else until I file my complaint tomorrow and talk to an attorney.

No one filmed to my knowledge. They say I was asked to move and I don’t recall if they did or not. The individual who they were arresting lived across the street and they hauled her off as she cried in confusion. I can’t remember the sheriffs name. He keeps messing with me though and I’d like him to cut it out >.<

Your response speaks volumes. Especially seeing the “witnesses” were “allegedly” chasing the Sheriff’s car down the street with you.
