He was inspired by Free Keene’s activism! These guys need to get to New Hampshire and out of California. At least here they will count the money they are stealing – the bureaucrats there demand he counts it for them! Here’s the video:YouTube Preview Image

The State is finished. Most people just don’t know it yet.

Just keep in mind that the more evident its impending demise becomes, the more fiercely a creature will fight.

Nice video, good discussion, the official behaved quite well.I like where another woman in the crowd said she was paying on the value for a 200thou.house,but it was only worth 130.that is happening all over the country. As for making him count the money,at least it gave video time for some excellant commentary.
As for the comments above, yes to all.Keep it in mind. —bil

The meme of freedom is spreading. People are waking up.

Awesome! As much as I’d like more people like that in NH, I would prefer people everywhere stood up where they live and did things like that. What a typical slimebag politician – “It’s not stealing, I’m enforcing the law.”

I’m surprised nobody pointed out the obvious: The State employee made the taxpayer do the counting because the former couldn’t count that high!

Quite the opposite-a state employee does not recognise any numbers with too few zeros! It is like counting pennies to them. —bil

It is Wes and Joe!.. Wes is the one who is reading.. he wrote Complete Liberty and has the podcast by the same name. Very cool guy, check out his podcast and books.

Note: “Free Keene” is a sentiment, and sometimes references the website FreeKeene.com, but it’s NOT a group of people (or an individual) and can’t do activism.

Come to NH Patriots! I’d love to see Keene enveloped with this kind of activism. In the future, maybe a minarchist like me can embrace such a thing. Likely I will..

    Wes Bertrand ftw

Wes is the man!! That official was conflicted, but towed the line. I would have never counted that for them, but you were no less of an activist for doing so. F them all, it is falling apart.

This was some of the most inspiring activism I’ve ever seen. Not only paying the extortion in ones, but the guy that looks like he’s related to Wes renouncing government employment because he recognizes the violence of it all.

It would have been more inspiring if he had not paid at all.

Defintely more inspiring, I think that would be more effective as a group effort

Wow…you guys totally caved in to everything the official said…It doesnt seem like you went in there with a plan. You requested a true bill or an invoice which was good, but then you let the beaurocrat walk all over you. I think i even heard him say that he enforces the law? You guys need to set up a plan and a strategy. Have a goal. Otherwise you go into a place like that and look foolish. Your plan backfired bigtime when the suit MADE you count your own money. You had nothing to stand on other than your weak words. I have noticed a lot of this kind of reaction on this site…lotsa talk talk talk, but when in boils down to it, your getting slapped by the people you are trying to change. PLAN STRATEGY GOALS. Other than that, i think your all doing something good in essence, just not in practice. Please take this as constructive critisism
