Brad was kicked out of LEAP for having principles, then resigned his LEO job after some sort of row with his superiors, wherein they tried to fire him but failed, but also where Brad discovered that the thoughts and feelings his superiors harbored for him were probably not conducive to his continued happiness, not to mention his gainful employment.

Congratulations, Brad, and holy hell do I need to get over there.

Brad is just the first of many LEO’s that will take a stand against violent bureaucrats.

Some day all LEO’s will stop being hired mercenaries who protect the wishes of corrupt politicians and instead be protectors of the people like Brad.
