In coordination with fine police departments like the one Nashua New Hampshire, we at Citizens Respecting the Authority of Police have announced our Problem Creation Policing campaign. It’s crazy and coming to a neighborhood near you. Modeled after the NPD’s Problem Oriented Policing.

Be sure to show your support by calling NPD to see how you can get involved with PCP at 603-594-3500. The NPD’s POP team appears to have begun targeting liberty activists.

Mike Tiner had 3 men show up at his home and pull guns on his roommate to serve an arrest warrant for “disorderly conduct” weeks after the alleged event, the Nashua 420 Celebration. Video of Mike’s arrest is here:

Funny, but not as good as the first one…

PCP — Do it for the children!

    Perfect timing on the ambulance!

I only noticed three minor errors in the whole video. What is that, about as many in the average newspaper article even though an article is many times easier to fix?

A great video which was quite funny. I don’t know how you did it but I like the sound effects.

    What sound effects?

    PCP brings the family together.

    The sirens.

  8. SamIam on Tue, 20th Apr 2010 1:01 am

Yea, those were real. The ambulance passed though the shot at just the right moment.

I see it as yet another example of the law of attraction working it’s magic.

Too bad I messed up when those rednecks were yelling at us.

Not sure what to do with this because at this point I am just an interested observer and reader of your blogs…but this is worth pointing out

12:25 pm 4-20-2010 north bound everett turnpike merrimack into bedford

Nashua police car no. 18 lic no. G11734 1 officer driving, 1 in passenger seat, no one visible in back tailgates till i pull over aporoaching work zone – no flashing lights or siren
70 mph into 45 mph work zone, repeats tailgating with other cars “in his way”
seems to me this is unsafe and wrong. Dont laws (forget for a minute wether they are right or not) need to be applied equally?
If you guys know who to complain too…have at it. I am sure they must GPS their vehicles and can see speed and place they are traveling.

Is info like this worthy of a porc411 call when it happens?

  11. Paul on Tue, 20th Apr 2010 2:17 pm

Yikes — yeah, I’d think that could be worth a 411. Not sure who to talk to … you could try NPD, but I wouldn’t count on a real response. Perhaps someone else has other ideas.

This is bullshit. Jumanjiville has had “Problem Centered/Creation Policing for years. Simple concept. Ignore a situation, until it becomes a problem. Ignore it some more. When it can’t possibly be ignored any longer, jump in feet first, with billy clubs flailing, pepper spray spurting, bullets flying, and *REALLY MESS THAT MOTHERFUCKER UP*, *THAT’S WHAT I”M TALKIN’ ‘BOUT*!!!…btw: serving a “DC” – disorderly conduct – warrant, days or weeks after, *AFTER* the event is very unusual. There’s no good, legal way for the “state” to win. Except of course, our crooked judges!…c’est la vie…

I suggest b-roll and exploring the comedic consequences of problem-creation policing.
