Yes, that is what bothered me- because today if that would have happened I would not have known the difference of what they were laughing at. There was no clarification from the people laughing. I would just have heard laughter at my being violently assaulted by my husband. So yes, THAT is what bothered me.

I don't think they would have laughed at your hearing, unknown. They were only laughing because of the specific subject matter of this trial.

My god. I gave up at 13:00…got sick to my stomach. I remember that first witness, "Major John Mousseau", from when he was a clerk at Cumby's, over 15 years ago, now! He looks fat, flabby, out-of-shape, and even more morose than I remember. He used to keep himself in much better shape. …the OTHER downside is that this can't possibly get before a jury before mid-to-late 2011, AT THE EARLIEST…this could well drag on until 2012, or even 2013…Think about it, Jardis…No, I still say the charges should have been dropped at arraignment, if not before…What a waste…
