Defense Filed Documents in State v. Jason Talley

This blog is made pursuant to NH Rules of Professional Conduct 3.6 (c) (2) and (c) (6) as the below have been filed with the Cheshire County Superior Court and the people of New Hampshire should be aware of the danger to the public interest.

The New Hampshire Judicial Branch belongs to the people of this state, not the people who hold (and have abused) positions of power within it.

My friends in Keene know that I do frequently disagree with things that they do and publicize. Although we frequently disagree, I respect them.

The reason I got involved with this matter is because it is pretty clear public corruption that I'm not willing to let go unanswered. I arrested people for crimes like what happened here and the government is not only letting officials get away with it, they're taking away everyone elses rights as a result.

The Constitution wasn't meant to be played by those in power to cover for others in power who commit crimes.

I do thank you for your viewing this particular incident objectively.
