Kelly Voluntaryist continues her “Don’t Strip Our Rights” protest at Manchester airport. Here’s her third appearance, which happened yesterday:

I think its great that Kelly hasn't fallen prey to the constant bombardment by certain societal factions that the human body is something to be ashamed of and covered up.

Clearly, there is a time and place for everything. One of those times is being able to make a statement about (and in) a place where tyranny occurs on a daily basis.

The 1st Amendment is supposed to guarantee free speech and the 4th is supposed to guarantee freedom from unreasonable search and seizure. These are supposed to be restrictions on government to keep it in check. The continual, unfettered violations of these supposed protections shine a bright light on the illegitimacy of government under the all-but-dead Constitution (whose own legitimacy is another matter).

Kelly, I applaud your courage in challenging not only the system but societal pressure as well.

Wow. A 5 minute video of no one really giving a shit that a skank with a face only a mother could love is walking around like a whore on a street corner handing out flyers. But, as long as Kelly had fun that is all that matters right Kelly? Isn't that what this is really all about? What other places can you go for all the attention you CRAVE. Even old ladies have tits Kelly, but not everyone has brains, a portion of the population you fall into – since you can't sell your wares without flashing some skin. Fucking pathetic, yet terrific because it further digs the grave that is the "freestate" project, revealing it's ugly truth as the illegitimate fraud that it is.

Jessi, the entire point of Kelly showing off some skin is to a) be "shocking" enough to garner attention to her message and b) amplify the point of what exactly it is the TSA does to people (like you, your parents, or your grandma) with its nude scanners and invasive searches.

It is a violation of the 4th Amendment. If government is supposed to be legitimate because it has made certain guarantees in the Constitution, then those guarantees must be upheld. If the are not upheld, then the Constitution is rendered void and so too is government's alleged legitimacy of authority.
