Baby Cheyenne reportedly “Bleeding from Private Parts” in Government Care

There is troubling news on this story. Johnathan and Stephanie went to visit their child today. Details are a bit sketchy at this point, but Cheyenne is reportedly losing consciousness, bleeding out of her private parts, and has not gained weight.

Update from the Free Baby Cheyenne Facebook Group:

“Pirra Milan EMERGENCY PROTEST AT CONCORD HOSPITAL AND DCYF’S OFFICES!!! JOHNATHAN AND STEPHANIE WERE AT A VISIT. BABY CHEYENNE WOULDN’T WAKE UP! THEY CHANGED HER DIAPER AND BLOOD WAS EVERYWHERE! SHE WAS RUSHED BY AMBULANCE TO THE HOSPITAL! THEY AREN’T ALLOWING THE PARENTS IN!!”

Update (2:30 p.m.) Baby Cheyenne is currently being transported by sheriff’s deputies from the hospital to a sexual abuse specialist on the recommendation of the ER doctor. The baby has regained consciousness, and the sheriff has taken custody of the child from DCYF.

As the story unfolds, the allegations levied by DCYF at  the parents of baby Cheyenne, related to this and the previous taking of her kids, do not seem to implicate Johnathan or Stephanie.

They are currently getting the police report in hopes that it will clear up the allegations. Here’s part 2 of the interview I shot with the parents:

Despite Overwhelming Evidence – NH Supreme Court Continues Stonewalling on Keene Corruption

This is a followup to the questions I asked the supreme court spokesperson over a month ago.

We were promised an answer the following day. Instead the have stopped responding to email, I called today, and as of the time of posting I have not received a phone call back.

This is how the NH “Justice” system polices it’s self. See everyone, the system works! Here’s my latest letter, I’ll post updates when I hear a response.

Hi Laura,

I pulled some additional information on the David Mcleod case file, and
got copies of the 4 press motions (Mcleod Press Motions). None of the motions
request to film anything in the lobby. They all mention either the
proceedings or the courtroom.

Corruption Rises to the Top

On April 14th 2009, I was filming in the second floor lobby of Keene City hall. According to an unsigned document on the wall filming is prohibited. I was arrested and cuffed over a silver bracelet seen in the background of the video.

I dropped to the floor and as they dragged me around the bracelet was cutting into my wrist causing excruciating pain. Eli Rivera, now running for sheriff, found this rather amusing. This video depicts the events that happened before my camera was turned off. Read more

Questions for the NH Supreme Court

In search of answers from the NH “justice” system on the camera ban in the 2nd floor lobby, which applies to everyone, except the state, main stream media, and important bureaucrats, I’ve drafted a writing. I ask about the supposed investigation into the assault and resulting damage to my camera by the CSO’s. Jordan Hazy, supervisor over all the court security officers,  has hung up on me and refuses to return phone calls. So our latest attempt is with Laura, the spokesperson for the Supreme court.

Hi Laura,

In our conversation on September 8th, you agreed respond with answers around the 10th.

I haven’t seen an answer to the questions we discussed, and I wanted to follow up to see what progress has been made. When can I expect answers the questions per our phone conversation:

1) Related to the Nashua District Court incident on or around August 3rd,

a.) Can CSO’s arbitrarily close public sections of the court house?

b.) Where are CSO’s granted the authority to close down public areas of the court house in a non-emergency situation?

c.) Is the local Police department under the authority of the CSO’s while in the court house?

2) Related to the Keene District Court and CSO Dwane Dehotman’s (sp) actions on April 26th, 2010, which resulted in the $130 in damages to my camera outlined here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WSmGLwpHEgI

a.) What is the status of this investigation?

b.) Is it normal to not contact the victim or return phone calls in an investigation?

c.) Who do I contact about compensation for the damage willfully caused by your agents?

3) Related to the assault and disarming of Rich Paul recently in the 2nd Floor common area of the Keene City Hall. Here’s KPD’s log of the event: Read more

Rick Van Wickler Discusses the County Jail on WKBK

September 24, 2010 by · 11 Comments

Thanks to Dan Mitchell for having Cheshire County Jail superintendent Rick Van Wickler on his show to discuss a few issues related to the jail.

I called in to discuss taxpayers subsidizing federal prisoners (and the larger jail), the private property signs, and the continued targeting of Free Keene activists.  Unfortunately Van Wickler advances the Campaign for Ignorance by painting me as the “leader” and claiming “Sam’s group” has people that want to be in jail. If I’m your leader, I have to say, you guys suck at taking orders.

I don’t hink any of us want to be in jail, but there’s a willingness to use the system’s threats and punishment to raise awareness to the injustice and immorality inherent in such actions.

Here’s a great example of how to handle police from activists in Atlanta, GA. Notice they had at least 3 activists and multiple cameras. The cops make it clear the activists are free to leave, but seemed rather confused about what to do. . . How you doin?
