Edward Burke – Another Public Figure Gone Wrong

Before anyone jumps on me, yes, I know that ANY job comes with perks. Things like free cheeseburgers for the McDonald’s staff, the use of the company car for a CEO or whatever one’s trade might be, it most likely comes with some perk. When employed by the government though the perks get really good.

While a large number of those accused of a crime face questioning, time in jail and hefty legal expenses those employed by the government rarely face their own wrath. I could go on and on about public officials that commit cold blood murder, rape and theft but I’d like to point to a closer incident.

Last June I was arrested while asking Edward Burke – who’s employed as a district court judge in Keene, NH – three questions about him enforcing contempt charges on people wearing hats in a public courtroom (and here)? Edward first stated that I had threatened him, which was completely false (as seen in the video), and tried to get out of it the only way he knew how – lie. Which is why I asked “the system” (aka Keene Police) to investigate Edward for filing a false report with law enforcement (or lying to them effect an arrest). After being passed around from the Keene Police to the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office, the file finally landed on Marc Hathaway’s desk – who’s employed as a NH county attorney. It took Marc over six months to write his review.

Londonderry (NH) Police Officer Receives 101 on Filming Public Officials

Above is the video encounter with myself and the Londonderry police officer who claims audio recording him is illegal.

An unknown, because I forgot to get his name (major fail), Londonderry Police officer tried to tell me that audio recording police doing their public duty was illegal. At one point stating, “check yourself.” Since I’m already facing three counts of wiretapping, and have spent the last year caught up in court cases, I turned the camera off. I told the officer that he was wrong and left to seek the others who came to support Kelly and her TSA activism – see this video of the demonstration.

Defensive or Offensive? That is the Question…

Recently I was found guilty in my Chalking 8 trial, while highlighting those bogus charges we (Pete and I) met Frank and Mike, who took this video of Manchester Police Officer Murphy. The video went viral and received attention from several news outlets. Instead of taking a serious look at the actions caught on tape the city went into defense mode.

The Police, school and local government officials sought to criminalize Frank, Mike and myself. They expelled Frank from school, charged Mike as an adult (over a teenage fight) and charged me with three counts of wiretapping. Crimes the state says justifies caging me, at your expense, for 21 years.

I’ve been through this before in Greenfield, MA and am confident I can present my case, logically. The problem I face in Manchester that I didn’t have in Greenfield is the personal vendetta those in Manchester seem to have for me. After all, I was given the max sentence (with 10 months of it stayed for 2 years good behavior) for ‘resisting’ my arrest.

Manchester Justice System Targets Ademo Now – Wiretapping Round 2

Its been almost three months to the day since Frank was assaulted by Darren Murphy, an employee of the Manchester Police Department, while at lunch in Manchester’s West High. Since then, and as I explain in the video above, not one single government employee has been reprimanded or had to appear in court. The principle hasn’t been investigated for demanding that Michael delete evidence of a crime. Murphy was back at the same school the very next day, while Frank was suspended for 10 day and awaits news on expulsion – last I heard.

Yet, the victim (Frank) and the two people (myself and Michael) who attempted to hold those harming others accountable are the ones who are being criminalized? Today I found out, via the local news paper, that I have been charged with three counts of felony wiretapping. I face anywhere from 15 – 20 years in prison for these alleged crimes. Seriously? Do you see what’s happening here?

The police are trying to jail me because they’re upset I helped Frank and Michael publicize their encounter with Murphy. When this whole thing could have been solved had Murphy had apologized the following day, after all, we all have long days.

So, who watches the watchers? Where’s the accountability? Where is Murphy’s apology to Frank? Where are the indictments for the public officials who broke the law too? Where is justice?

If this bothers you, please call either of the numbers below on my behalf.
