The State does not like talking about the New Hampshire State Constitution as Ian Freeman disputes a parking violation in Keene District Court, Wednesday, April 28th, 2010.
Judge Lane presides over the trial as Ian attempts to understand the nature and cause of the proceedings and SamIam rides shotgun. Check it out!
Sorry. I wont be helping a government bureaucracy that is massively responsible for the tossing of American citizens into concentr-, ahem, “internment” camps.
On Wednesday, police arrested Jose Reyes and Leonel Pereira. During a search at Manchester locations, investigators said they arrested the men and found an undisclosed amount of cocaine and more than $20,000 in cash. Reyes is charged with possession of a narcotic. Pereira is charged with possession with intent to sell.
Do any of you in law enforcement notice that these stories and arrests have been happening non-stop for dozens of years? Billions of tax dollars wasted, yet the problem continues…. day in, day out. Do you really think you are doing ANYTHING to solve the problem? If you do, you are rather uninformed and uneducated.
I know the time and effort that goes into one of these investigations to arrest non-violent people. It is a total waste of money and your taxpayer funded time would be just as well spent golfing. You’d be accomplishing about as much in the battle against drugs on the back nine of your favorite golf course as you do making these arrests. The only difference is that you wouldn’t be reinforcing the violent black market…. and you could improve your golf game at the same time! Win win if you ask me.
One day, you will look at the evidence objectively and not from the perspective of your paycheck. Your jaw will drop and you will realize that what you’ve done is a total waste and terribly destructive.
When that happens………….. you can help be part of the solution.
NH Liberty Radio, originating from Grafton, discusses the Free Keene Fest, the jail demonstration, Trespassive Twelve, Evan’s Declaration of Sovereignty, and other things with guest Jason Talley in their recent episode.
There will be better footage of this to come, as this was shot with a hidden cam. Sam and Meg’s cameras were rolling as well during this encounter that happened in the stairwell outside the Keene district court. Sam, having already had one camera stolen and broken by Keene police’s Eli Rivera when he was arrested for taking video in the lobby, had understandably remained in the stairwell when Evan read his Declaration of Sovereignty and filed it with the court. Sam was shooting video through the window, when this court security bureaucrat stepped into the hall and attempted to claim the stairwell area was off limits for photography as well. He goes back in, then when Sam resumes videoing through the door the bureaucrat jacks open the door, hitting Sam’s professional HD camera. This can’t be clearly seen on this video, but as I said, a better, edited one is coming soon to FreeKeene.com. For now, the raw video is below.
