Candidate For Congress Kuster Steals Man’s Camera

I’m no fan of republicans or democrats, but this lady is out of control. One of the candidates for congress, Ann Kuster, has stolen the video camera of a political activist for a republican candidate.

This sort of behavior does not bode well for the future of changing the wiretapping law in NH.

This seems like an appropriate time to remind you that there is another choice for congress in NH, Hardy Macia, the Libertarian. Here he is encountering the red-and-blue zombie horde: (more…)

State v. Darryl W. Perry (re: expired registration)

I had a pre-trial scheduled for Tuesday September 25 at 1:30pm at the District Court in Newport, NH regarding a ticket I received in May for expired registration.

Ian Freeman and Jason Repshar accompanied me to the court, both intended to film the court appearance. As we were about to go through the metal detectors, the bailiffs stated that there is no trial. Trooper Ellis asked for me, then asked if I would be pleading guilty. I said “no” and he handed me a card with a court date: December 13, 2012 8:30am. I told Trooper Ellis that I had some paperwork for him. He responded “no thanks, I’m good.”
“This is your copy of a motion for discovery.”
“You can mail it to the barracks, Troop C.”
Puzzled as to why he would not accept his copy of the motion, I went through security to leave a copy for the court.

As I was giving the receptionist the court’s copy of the motion, Ian told Trooper Ellis that he could have saved us all a trip to Newport and we could have had this interaction in Keene (the location of the Troop C barracks).

After we arrived in Keene, we stopped at Troop C to hand deliver the paperwork that Ellis refused to accept.

I must now wait to see if Trooper Ellis or anyone with the State Police respond to my motion for discovery.
