  1. Coming from someone who donated to your gofundme for a lawyer to fight your ccw denial years ago… Awesome Derrick! Your efforts really paid off.

Also great message about positivity, which can be very difficult these days especially among hyper-aware libertarians.

    Kudos.

  2. @Intrigare Thank you! Your donation to fund my legal defense helped to eventually create the circumstance that exists today. It is awesome how the small actions of many individuals toward a common aim can produce lasting positive results like this. Will be glad to follow up with another update once the NH Resident Pistol / Revolver License is granted by the Portsmouth Police.

  3. Obviously you will not get a CCW in New Hampshire because of your criminal background. Now you are attempting to get an “out of state ” permit. How many out of state permit applications are you going to do?

This shows your criminal background will dog you for the rest of your life.

Don’t ever blame the state government because you can’t get a CCW. You chose to break the law a number of times.

  4. Hey, Jumping Jacks. Long time, no see, eh? By the way, you’re a retard. Here’s why.

“Obviously you will not get a CCW in New Hampshire because of your criminal background.”

    Uh huh. Obviously.

Except that Derrick J’s criminal record has been expunged. Weren’t you paying attention while watching the video, shit swizzler?

“Now you are attempting to get an “out of state ” permit. How many out of state permit applications are you going to do?”

Wow. You’re pretty nosy, aren’t you Jumping Jacks? What? A nine-and-a-half minute video wasn’t enough to satiate your inquisitive nature?

“Don’t ever blame the state government because you can’t get a CCW.”

Uh huh. That’s nice, Jumping Jacks. Thanks for playing, though.

Anyway, as has already been explained, NH is a “shall issue” state. This means that unless Derrick J is prohibited by New Hampshire or federal statute from possessing a firearm (which he isn’t, by the way) Portsmouth’s chief of police has no legal basis with which to reject the issue of the permit. In fact, not issuing the permit would itself be breaking the law. Funny how that works, huh shitdick?

“You chose to break the law a number of times.”

Uh huh. That’s nice too, Jumping Jacks.

Anyway, taint bacon, maybe you should consider looking up the word “expunged.” That should make it a little easier for you to keep up with the rest us.

  5. A permit / license to exercise a right?

A license is an infringement and reduces the alleged right to bear arms to being a revocable privilege.

The irony is, a person who tries to exercise their “right” to bear arms without seeking permission may be attacked (will be if “caught”) by costumed men who swear an oath to protect those very same rights .

Free speech permits coming soon!! No mask, no speech!!!

  6. Bob C – I disagree. No where in the Constitution does it say you have the right to carry concealed weapons. It a police officer’s fault. It is the law and police help enforce it.

Derrick has a shady past. He chose the decisions he made to break the law. Now he has to face some of the consequences of his actions. If he is able to apply for another state, that means he isn’t a resident of NH. These freekeeners have been doing this scam since the beginning.

  7. Jacks, you do realize Portsmouth is still New Hampshire, right?

Hehe I guess its details like these that they can’t always teach at troll farms, eh Jacks?

Oh Jacks you’re just too adorable to get mad at.

  8. True, Bob C. And showing gratitude for being able to receive a receipt for your permit application (as Derrick was in the vid)… All I can say is that’s some positivity right there!

  9. Jumping Jacks.

“No where in the Constitution does it say you have the right to carry concealed weapons.”

Actually, chicken fucker, it does. The intent of the Constitution was to limit the powers of the government. So the right to carry a concealed firearm is covered under the “shall not be infringed” clause.

“If he is able to apply for another state, that means he isn’t a resident of NH.”

That isn’t how residency works, shit-for-brains. By the way, over two dozen states allow non-residents to apply for CCPs.

“These freekeeners have been doing this scam since the beginning.”

Explain how following the law is a scam, chicken fucker. I’ll wait.

  10. Thanks, Derrick!…it’s hard to go into the tip of the spear and be positive. I’ve actually been having to do it lately too
