On Tuesday September 4, 2012 the officers of the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire submitted close to 15,000 certified petitions to the Secretary of State.
LPNH Chair Rich Tomasso sent an email to party members stating, “The Patch and WMUR were both there to cover the event. WMUR interviewed me, and Tony from The Patch interviewed me, John Babiarz and Hardy Macia. We talked about the petition drive, the issues and general remarks on the election.
We’ve never had media coverage for our petition turn-in so let’s hope this is a good sign of things to come.”
On Wednesday September 5, Ballot Access News reported, “The New Hampshire Secretary of State has determined that the Libertarian Party has enough valid signatures on its party petition, and will have its nominees on the November ballot.”
Keene voters will see Darryl W. Perry for Cheshire County Register of Deeds, Ian Freeman for State Rep., Hardy Macia for Congress & John Babiarz for Governor on the general election ballot! Names and websites for other LPNH candidates can be found here.
