Sam’s Jail Blog: Sunday, April 26

Sunday, April 26:
Pot
Yesterday afternoon was a rough day. Mail was delivered and visitation came and went. I felt alone and forgotten. My mind kept wandering to the life I lead; to all the things put on hold; to all the people enjoying their freedom blissfully unaware of the injustice and tyranny they fund.

Who knows, perhaps both arrived yesterday They have held my mail, delivered it separately, and continue denying me access to council. The C.O.s have violated their word of honor on more than one occasion, demonstrating a complete lack of integrity. I’ve filled out 3 requests to use the law library computer, all have been ignored. They have only allowed me to use it 1 time for about 3 hours, and that was after several other prisoners wrote a request on my behalf.

How debilitating and alone people must feel in here. It took some meditating and positive thought to shift out of that, and I’ve managed to do it.

I realized something in the process. The NH government has more in common with us than we realize.

They believe in civil disobedience; as they break their own laws all the time. The difference? Government breaks laws to punish and oppress out of fear. Liberty activists break laws to educate and enlighten out of love.

P.S. No answer on what happened to my commissary order. They have started refusing to give me meals if I’m not going to eat them. Stamps and supplies are scarce. I’ll write when I can.
