UPDATE: I accidentally posted an earlier draft of the second above motion. It is now updated to reflect the actual motion filed with the court, not just my early draft. The last sentence from #6 was also stricken from the motion just prior to filing.
The courts have been royally screwing parents who don’t deserve it. Local abused-by-the-courts parents have decided HB 591 can help. They report this bill is critical to ensure equal parenting time for divorcing/ seperating parents absent abuse or neglect. Anyone who has experianced the current injustices of family court or others who see the need for change in current policy should be in Concord early Wednesday a.m. to show their support with signs, banners, speaking to Reps, etc.
Whether or not you can make it Wednesday, do consider calling local reps and encourage them to vote yes for HB 591 on Wednesday.
On January 9, 2011, Kelly Voluntaryist chalked the side of the Manchester Courthouse with the words “Free Ademo” and a peace sign. This past Thursday, she defended herself against Agents of the State who seek to extract money from her for actions which hurt no one. It was decided that Kelly and the persecutor would have 10 days to write to the judge their most convincing cases, and his final decision would be made that way. Here is the video of the trial.
In a nail-biting turn of events, CACR 26 passed the N.H. House of Representatives by one vote!
This bill text proposes:
“That article 73-a of the second part of the constitution, relative to authorizing the chief justice of the supreme court to make rules governing the administration of all the courts of the state, be repealed.”
This is a critical piece of legislation as it proposes to strip the rule-making authority of the court, from the Supreme Court. The problem that we the people are faced with is that the cronyism of the N.H. Bar and the judicial “elite” has created overwhelming corruption within the judiciary.
There are currently no checks and balances against the judiciary’s self-governing, unaccountable tyranny. We urge you to call your N.H. Senator and urge them to vote “yes” to CACR 26 – to give the Courts back to the people!
Amending the New Hampshire Constitution effectively would force the New Hampshire Judicial Branch to no longer be a second and unaccountable legislature in our state. You know, an unaccountable legislature that allowed three unelected legislators to outlaw activity that can, and indeed did, catch their colleague breaking the law.
