Medical Marijuana: Take Action!

Pot LeafHere is an important message from our friends at the Marijuana Policy Project:

On Monday, March 12, the House Health, Human Services, and Elderly Affairs Committee heard testimony on HB 774, a bill that would allow sick and dying patients to use medical marijuana if their doctor recommends it. The committee could vote on the bill as early as Tuesday!

Please take a moment now to visit https://ssl.capwiz.com/mpp/issues/alert/?alertid=9505521 and send a brief letter to the members of the committee. It will only take a moment with our automated system. It’s imperative that they hear from Granite Staters in support of HB 774 right away. (more…)

Marijuana Decriminalization Bill!

PotOne of Keene’s representatives has introduced some very pro-Liberty legislation: the decriminalization of marijuana. There will be a hearing on Wed 1/17 at 10:30am in the Criminal Justice and Public Safety committee, Room 204, Legislative Office Building. Some of us from Free Keene will be there to testify in favor of it. Details here in the forum.
