While hundreds more voters did come out to vote in this year’s school board election, (in comparison to last year) the supermajority of registered Keene voters decided to abstain. Only 2266 people cast a ballot last week in Keene. (16.2% of 14,402 registered voters) The people in the state society claim as justification for their aggressive actions that “we voted for them”, but that’s hardly if ever true. Most people don’t vote. However, that doesn’t stop them from foisting their violent system on us. This is why any plans to stop voting will not stop the aggression. Just look at any town where 0% turn out (it happens). The government people don’t take this as non-confidence in their system, but instead they see it as an endorsement that the voters just think everything is peachy, so they just go right on oppressing people. The only thing that will stop them is noncooperation.
Of those who voted, 11.5%, or 262 people, voted for me. That’s with virtually no campaigning and a radical message of turning ownership of the schools over to the teachers and staff. Thanks to everyone who voted for me – no matter what your reasons.

Please contact local state reps to support the following legislation that could take power away from the corrupt court system in NH (these, as I understand it, if passed will result in public votes to amend the constitution):
CACR 26 – Providing that the article authorizing the chief justice of the supreme court to make rules governing the administration of all the courts of the state shall be repealed.
CACR 22 – Providing that the chief justice shall adopt court rules with the concurrence of the general court.
CACR 11 – Providing that all state judges be commissioned for renewable 7-year terms.

On April 1st 2012 it will have been twelve years since the New York Times ran this article that the New Hampshire Judicial Branch would probably rather you not be aware of, given my nearly full-time efforts to once again hold them accountable.
A State Supreme Court justice illegally tried to influence his colleagues in his own divorce case, and the chief justice broke the law by listening to him, the state’s attorney general said today.
The announcement by Attorney General Philip T. McLaughlin led to the resignation of the justice, Stephen Thayer, and raised doubts about the future of Chief Justice David Brock.

The New Hampshire Attorney General has filed an appearance and motion on behalf of Circuit Court Administrative Judge Edwin Kelley and Superior Court Chief Judge Tina Nadeau. The motion is to “quash” the subpoenas that they have been served with by the Merrimack County Sheriffs Department which require them to appear as witnesses in State v. Jason Talley.
From the motion:
6. The Defendant has copies of the three orders at issue. If the trial court deems the orders themselves relevant and admissible evidence, they can be admitted as trial exhibits by the proferring party. Testimony from judges regarding their mental process leading up to the issuance of their orders, however, is prohibited and properly excluded.

Hopefully soon due to a change in both federal and state law, being a resident of New Hampshire alone will make you impervious to the Massachusetts oppressive police-state gun control laws. I think everyone knows the 2nd Amendment doesn’t mean much down there… and most people I know would like to be able to defend themselves against attack without being thrown in prison for a mandatory year.
Gun Owners of America is requesting that everyone contact New Hampshire US Senators Jeanne Shaheen and Kelly Ayotte to support this.
You can do so easily here.

If you live in New Hampshire, Senate Bill 409 will be voted on soon.
If you want to see people who use cannabis for medical reasons go to jail, do nothing.
If you want to extend compassion and legal protection to them, call your State Senator. If you live in a yellow district, urge them to pass. If you live in a green or blue district, thank them for their support. If you live in a red district, let them know why they’re getting voted out next time.
If you are a Keene resident please contact Senator Molly Kelly and thank her for supporting safe access to medical marijuana by people who suffer from horrible illnesses.
