Graham’s Trial For Bail Violation Continued

Graham Colson is facing a contempt of court charge for an alleged bail violation for coming near parking enforcer Alan in 2013 while illegally banned from Central Sq. The original ban from Central Square was recently thrown out, but he’s still facing the contempt charge for the bail violation. In this clusterfuck of a hearing, the public defender doesn’t even know if she’s been assigned to the case and the prosecutor just delivered discovery two days prior, in violation of the court rules. Judge Burke reluctantly continues the case:

Open Carry and Free Speech Activism at the Manchester Airport

On the morning of March 20th, 2014, Joe “Liberty Carrots,” Nemi Jones, Riaz Kahan and I went to the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport to support the First and SecondAmendments to the United States Constitution.  Joe was the creative star of this activism effort, stopped multiple times by airport security and threatened with arrest for handing out free copies of the monthly liberty newspaper FPPNews from Free Press Publications.

No airport security agents or police questioned the fact that Joe was open-carrying a rifle. They did, however, take great issue with our exercise of free speech and expression:

Nashua Telegraph Covers Manch Airport Gunman Story

Airport Gunman MooseEarlier today Manchester liberty activist, Liberty Carrots, visited Manch airport for about 45 minutes with a rifle strapped to his back.  Free Keene broke the news earlier today.  Thanks to Bradford Randall of the Nashua Telegraph for filing this report, which includes excerpts from Carrots’ interview with the reporter.

Here’s the story from the Telegraph.  And here’s a picture of Liberty Carrots having fun with the airport moose:

BREAKING: Man With Rifle At Manchester Airport

joe_airport_rifleManchester liberty activist Liberty Carrots is currently standing in front of the TSA checkpoint at Manch airport with a rifle slung to his back.  He is handing out copies of the FPP newspaper and greeting travelers with a smile and wave.

Carrots’ creative, courageous activism is not the first at Manch airport.  Longtime readers of Free Keene may recall in 2012 when Keene activists Derrick J and Kelly went to Manchester airport to strip down in protest of the invasive TSA, in their “Don’t Strip Our Rights” events.

Plus, back before Free Keene even existed, early mover and civil disobedience activist Russell Kanning was arrested at the airport for trying to board a flight with no ID, a Bible, and a copy of the declaration of independence!

Free Keene blogger Robert Mathias took this photo and says video is to come – stay tuned to Free Keene for the latest!

Activists at Liberty Forum speak about their passion for Liberty

This past February I attended my very first Liberty Forum in Nashua New Hampshire.  While there I met many inspiring people dedicated to living free in our life time.  Many of the people I met call the shire home or were their to discover what the Free State Project is all about.  I took the opportunity to create a video that would help portray the dedication to liberty that so many of the attendees at Liberty Forum have.  To showcase why so many of us are active for the cause of freedom.

Robin Hood Evidentiary Hearing Record Restored

Shortly after the conclusion of the three day Robin Hood of Keene evidentiary hearing,cdaudiocourtrh1425 which led to the dismissal of civil lawsuits against the Merry People, nearly complete video records of the hearings were posted online to Fr33manTVraw and the FreeKeene youtube channel. Unfortunately, due to a technical malfunction midway through day two of proceedings, approximately sixteen minutes of direct examination of a witness was excluded from publication.

To restore the public record, the Merry People have obtained an audio record of the entire hearing from the court. The corrupted file was re-edited with audio from the missing segment affixed in the proper location and inserted into the raw video playlist. Enjoy the now complete record of the Robin Hood of Keene civil trial, which was performed on August 12, September 30, and October 01 of 2013, and currently awaits appeal to the NH supreme court.
