This blog is made pursuant to NH Rules of Professional Conduct 3.6 (c) (2) and (c) (6) as the following have been filed with the Cheshire County Superior Court and the people of New Hampshire should be made aware of the danger to the public interest.
Notice ACA John Webb doesn’t use the word “frivolous” with regard to the arguments I’ve made about the abuse of the public trust. To do so could be politically dangerous, considering there was an abuse of the public trust with Ademo’s arrest and the subsequent court orders restricting constitutional rights.
The legal standard to restrict constitutional rights is called “strict scrutiny.” One of the “prongs” of the strict scrutiny test is that the restriction must be for a “compelling governmental interest.”
I’m not sure covering up for a judge who commits a crime on camera would pass that test… therefore, Jason Talley and I assert the court orders are flagrantly unconstitutional and the public should be made aware of them.
Now a decade old, the Free State Project is one of several social movements across the nation seeking to ignite change.
Amid the growing number of new economic and political movements cropping up all over the United States in recent years, the Free State Project claims to have been working for more than a decade to motivate Libertarian-minded individuals to migrate to a central location and “create a freer, better society through the electoral process and cultural change.” (more…)
Keene State College students are putting together a documentary about the Free State Project, which naturally features plenty of footage and interviews of Keene activists. It’s called “State of Liberty” and is to be released this summer. Here’s the trailer:

Lorri lives in the Keene area, and has almost her whole life. She’s the mother of three children, and runs a small business. She loves NH, raising her family here, and recommends it to others looking for a good place to live. The only thing that would make NH even better, in her opinion, is if we could truly be the “Free State”. She hopes to help make this happen.
