“The problem is the lobbyists on K Street,” says the host.
That’s such nonsense. The lobbyists on K Street are a symptom, not a cause. They’re a symptom of government power. Whenever there is government power (i.e., power not subject to the market), people will bid for it (because power is worth money and has value…people will buy it…always).
