Menno on Trial for Trespass

This is scary and disgusting. It's no wonder an overwhelming percent of people I speak with do not support it and support the boycotting of taxes to pay for this jail. This court is up to bad things. I see no true justice here and I have not witnessed it ever from the Keene courts and it's cronies. Poor Menno. Poor rest of Keene (even more poor because they have to pay for all this surveillance at the point of a gun. I will be dance and sing when this jail is finally closed. I do believe it's closing is inevitable.

I find it very amazing that these thugs steal so much of your money and livelihood… and for what end? Where does it stop? I don't think George Orwell could have ever predicted it being this bad. The reason I believe this jail closing and the courts closing is inevitable, is that I see and hear so many people who can't believe the people who are getting paid,spent people's tax dollars in such a pursuit (one of infinite many) in such a way. I too find it sickening that the people saying they represent the "state" and/or "county" invest in such futility and seem to assume it is just fine to do this. How they sleep at night I do not understand. I suppose they just don't question it because to do so would mean their paychecks and stolen benefits ("stolen" is the true word) are compromised.

All of these government cronies are being paid while they are there (your tax dollars at work folks) while Menno has to be there or else they will point guns at him. How can he be contributing to the world and his own livelihood with all this crap going on??? He can't. They don't care because they will just create some new way to fund their debacles, like more fines and traffic highway robberies, and not to do so will injure their worldly positions. Lousy that we see you for what you are huh thugs? This whole thing costs taxpayers thousands. The cure is to stop beating up people who are not just only hurting no one, but peaceful and courageous and caring. The paid employees displayed little civility at best and none of the aforementioned positive attributes. Even the judge tries to shut up Jim Johnson but let's his buddies ramble and ramble. Gotta protect your precious buddies on the old government dole. All this crap costs us thousands and hurts people who were once free. The trappings of this kangaroo court is blatantly obvious to me and everyone.

If Jesus were here today in the flesh he might likely be telling the thugs to let his people free, and likely others too. This is sickening and I take solace in the belief that all you complicated men and women who trick people with your evil "legal" language will get your due, either here or in the hereafter. Some of which I get to happily see while I'm on this earth.

This prosecutor was leading his witnesses (i.e., making it clear how he wanted his questions to be answered) on almost every question. "Evidence" solicited in this manner is completely inadmissible in court! It is critically important to object to every single question asked in this manner, if not to win the case, then at least to preserve the record for appeal and show judicial error.

The prosecutor is allowed to ask questions like: "To the best of your knowledge is the time correct in this video?", but NOT "And the time in the video, is that off?"

The witness must speak from his/her *own personally knowledge* alone. Any alleged facts that are embedded in the question itself are not allowed on direct examination. Cross examination only. Don't allow it, or you will consistently lose in court.

As a rule of thumb, any "yes/no" question is generally a leading question. Here is a list of some of the more obviously objectionable leading questions (and the answers):

"And the time in the video, is that off?" (Yes)
"And this is camera 3, is that correct?" (Yes)
"And this is camera number 7, is that correct?" (Yes)
"And this is camera number 6, does it appear to be?" (Yes)
"in addition to the cameras, are you familiar with the signs posted around the jail property?" (Yes)
"I'm showing you a document marked as state's exhibit #2, it appears to be a schematic of the jail, do you recognize this document" (Yes, it's a schematic of the jail that we hand out to visitors)
and so on.

I highly recommend the "Jurisdictionary" course for detecting and blocking this type of inadmissible evidence in the future.

He runs the cameras, he knows the cameras, he knows the signs. But he doesn't know the Constitution or the concept of public property.

I bet Keene pays a boatload for their IT department. Look at all the crap running in the taskbar. And no Flash. Sure flash is "insecure" But so is Windows XP.

Poor man. He didn't hurt anyone and he is so nice. This sure like it cost the tax payers (I use that word loosely) like myself a great deal to go after this one man who didn't hurt anyone but was and is still trying to stand up for civility, honesty, truth, valor and most importantly to me, love and caring for his fellow human. They sure look like, sound like, and speak like a gang. How on earth can they even imagine that they have any perception of legitimacy? This young man reminds me of my son. That is why this touches me. Thank you for the reporting on the real issues. Monday, I will be canceling my Sentinel subscription. They never get a story right anyway.

Liberty activists don't want to 'take over the world,' retard. Do your homework. Read 'A MArket for Liberty' to get some basic ideas of how people can interact voluntarily to accomplish things that you think only the government can do. Or 'For a New Liberty' by Rothbard. Basically something that didn't come from the Evening 'News'.
