What does state rep Janice Wall have to hide and why is she so unfriendly? Dave Ridley of the Ridley Report returns to the state house to attempt to hold members of the judicial committee accountable on what, if anything, they are doing about Thomas Ball’s self-immolation nearly three years ago. They mostly ignore him, but one of them is even more ridiculous and rude than the rest, Janice Wall. She attempts to hide her face with papers (which she accidentally drops), then attempts to tell on Dave to the building’s security staff. Enjoy these videos of this ridiculous person. What does she have to hide? I sure hope I recognize her next time I’m in the state house, because I’ll be sure to grab my camera and ambush interview her as well. In fact, any activists living in the Madbury area should also try to interview her about why she’s so unfriendly to independent media. She should be on video more often! Here are Ridley’s two videos where he confronts her multiple times:

The only thing I would say is, don’t put yourself in a position with them to have to interact in the first place ie. registration. It is always better to hold the high ground, then as soon as the interaction starts you win.
I guess you guys have “backup”, kinda like law enforcement, free keeners driving around in cop cars, copblockers wearing fake badges, and impersonating as osha, and the military when the person was absolutely neither of the two. I looks to me like YOU guys want to be the “men with guns the agents of the state”. Do get to butthurt by them knocking at your doors, it’s not the first time and it won’t be the last!
Lmao!
It doesn’t seen to surprising people associated with freekeene have warrants for their arrests. Looking at the laws of NH, you could be charged with hiding someone with a warrant. You were driving a vehicle that had expired tags. At the beginning of the video you say you don’t know a Jared. Later on when you are pulled over, you along with the rest of the freekeeners are saying the police have a warrant for Jared. It sounds like you were lying to the police again. How very sad you would harbor someone who owes back child support.
at least their car is not so imposing;its sorta like a girl car ..lol
well…um… yea…talkin…idk if “i dont talk to cops” then get as far from them as possible would have been .. would have saved any trouble.. if iit was possible
what do you wear to “impersonate osha” ” (thats a new one to me)
“purple hair” sry don’t know her name, really started to escalate things, she should have just been there as witness and support. personally i wouldn’t lie to police and then have moral outrage over what they do, just say he doesn’t live there.
Also, the cop knew he was lied to, that’s why he started the BS with the car. just saying
David in keene, osha inspectors wear hard hats and white gloves and a fancy camera.
Jp was the one accused of impersonating a osha inspector. He showed up on a bridge being built in Vermont if I’m not mistaken. Oh and he claims he is a X- navy seal. Those are the facts, although at some point draccc vermell will probably chime in and say that I’m lying and have no idea what I’m talking about. Lol
Wait for it, wait for it….
I like how they tell them to leave while the officer is getting in the car…..to leave. I love watching these little morons’ videos. Here’s to 2016 and hopefully many more free-stater parasite arrests we can watch online.
“Warrant for failure to pay child support.” LoL – figures. Let me guess: you’re free to produce children, but do not have to take responsibility for providing for them, right?
Fucking freetards.
“Now being the voluntaryist that I am, I do not consent to give such men authority over me, regardless of what shiny badge they are representing” I think that is fucking hilarious since you quite obviously back down when confronted by police officers. You’re all talk, just like the other freetards, cop-blocker-cum-guzzling-whatever they call themselves. You dipshits get arrested because you’re essentially juvenile morons who were never hugged enough as children. And oh, BTW: Those “men” most certainly have authority over you; you demonstrated that for all of us when you handed over your license and registration. What a mind… Read more »
“Purple Hair” is just another one of those nasty freetard females with no direction or purpose in life. It’s sad, actually.
That’s what is referred to as “duress,” Voluntaryist. Let’s not forget that this particular threat of violence was initiated, not because ShireDude was a threat to anybody, but because he didn’t pay the annual sticker tax for his automobile. The police seem much more concerned about collecting taxes these days than they are about going about their stated purpose – protecting taxpayers against violent crime – don’t you think? So much so, that one would think that tax collection was always their real purpose.
The sheriffs here don’t care about taxes and revenue whether you think so or not just because it’s part of their paycheck. Rob Mathias is another dumbass entitled libertard that thinks he is above the law and doesn’t have to have his vehicle in order. Let me ask you libertards this question, what if rob keeps on disobeying the laws that are set in place for our safety, and his car goes on driving without getting inspected year after year, and then a tire falls off of it, it flips over and kills a pedestrian, or ONE OF YOUR LOVED… Read more »
@Bsizzle: Your theory that inspections are put in place to protect the public might be valid. Plenty of states do not require annual inspections, so it would be easy to make a comparison. Can you point to any actual statistics showing that there is some substantial increase in motor-vehicle accidents due to faulty equipment as a result? If there is a verifiable reduction in harm caused by faulty equipment, then your claim may have merit. If the amount of harm caused by faulty equipment is the same in both groups (states that require inspections versus states that do not), then… Read more »
Flinty,lol. Wow! I don’t know what to say to that! Lmao (sarcasm heavily !)
@Drac: Dude, you are truly a fucking moron.
Then maybe that retard Rob should go live in one of those states that do not require automobile inspections. If he wants to live in NH then he is subject to laws of the NH just like the rest of us.
You morons make me laugh with your false bravado of thinking you’re somehow sticking it to “The Man”. All you’re doing is showing the world what a bunch of juvenile retards you all are.
@VoluntaryistMyAss
Could you please clarify your statement, Voluntaryist, and perhaps provide evidence next time to support your assertions? Calling people names is not evidence. I supported my opinion. It wasn’t very difficult. Are you indicating here that you’re not intelligent enough to do the same?
@VoluntaryistMyAss
You’re missing the other obvious solution, Voluntaryist. To work towards having laws such as these repealed in New Hampshire as well. Do you think that acts of uncomplaining and resigned obedience to such ridiculous laws will facilitate this?
@Bsizzle: I gave you a very simple way to prove your point. Should be easy enough, even for you. Or did you attempt it, and find out that such laws don’t do what you claim? That, in fact, they do not improve safety and are just a way to extort revenue? @VoluntaryistMyAss: The highest law in NH is the NH Constitution. Any subordinate law which violates that law is no law at all. Article 3 of the NH Constitution requires that any time someone’s rights are restricted, it must be to protect the rights of another, and the restriction must… Read more »
Hey Flint: You do realize that driving an automobile is a privilege and not a right, correct? That issue has already been decided by the NH Supreme Court. As such, the state is free to pass laws that put requirements and conditions upon people regarding driving an automobile. Your sophomoric mewling about Article 3 is simply uninformed nonsense. “…now, a car can fail inspection because of purely-cosmetic issues which do not impact safety.” I didn’t realize that you had the education and background to decide what is and what is not a safety issue pertaining to the operation of an… Read more »
She should find another example of a real crime than “looking for heroin” seeing as that’s a consensual activity.
@PorcupineGuy
Are you suggesting that no one has the right to travel as they please, PorcupineGuy? That one must grovel to government thugs for permission to travel using whatever method is available to them? Driving permits efficient travel and harms no one. In fact, for most people to make a living, driving is a necessity. Government thugs have usurped this right and now utilize this power over others as a convenient means of extortion. For some reason you’re perfectly happy with this arrangement.
@PorcupineGuy: Yes, actually, I’m able to determine what things are and are not safety issues. That’s because I have a functioning brain, since anyone who has one of those can determine that cosmetic deficiencies are not safety issues.
And no, traveling is not a privilege.
Driving a car is a privilege, asshole. You want to walk or ride a bike? Be our guest. If you want to drive a car on public roads, however, then you must follow the laws regarding such an activity in NH.
It’s a moot point, anyway: You’re wrong on a legal basis so there really aren’t any points to discuss.
PGuy is correct: you are p0wned; you and that other nitwit Drac.
Aww … Poor baby, Drac. You’re free to find somewhere else to live that is more in tune with your beliefs. Here, however, things are not going to change.
@Flint: He didn’t state “traveling”, but driving an automobile which is a privilege, and involves two things: having a drivers license, and driving a properly-registered automobile.
Now I fully expect libtards like yourself and DracDouche to try and refute that, but it doesn’t really matter, now does it? The law is what it is in regards to automobiles, so whatever soapbox whining you people decide to engage in is irrelevant.
@FreeThisAssholes I don’t want to walk or ride a bike, FreeThis. I want to drive. It’s convenient, it’s efficient, and it’s an economic necessity for most people. Most importantly, it’s my right.Hence the desire for government to insist it’s a privilege. Privileges can be taken away, FreeThis. Rights can’t. Relabeling it as a privilege, however, makes it quite an effective tool for extortion. And no, FreeThis, I have no interest in finding another place to live. I will continue to reject old ideas and support new ones where I please and when I please. If you don’t like new ideas,… Read more »
Driving is traveling, Mike. So is walking, running, swimming, kayaking, skiing, rollerskating, flying, and any other form of motion you can think of. Like many other forms of travel, driving itself requires only a few easily learned and practiced skills. If you can see and hear while turning a steering wheel and if you can depress two pedals, you can learn to drive a car. The remaining skills will increase with experience. That’s why most people are able to drive, Mike. It’s government that demands the other two things (three if you count insurance). But possessing these things doesn’t magically… Read more »
@MikeAB: Driving is a form of traveling. Just as the right to free speech includes things like typing words and posting them electronically (not verbally “speaking”), the right to travel includes all methods of travel. The NH Constitution provides for restriction to be placed upon rights “in order to ensure the protection of others; and, without such an equivalent, the surrender is void.” One could certainly argue that testing/licensing is acceptable in that way, because the restriction (no longer being able to drive without taking a test to prove competence) is not larger than the protection (not having incompetent drivers… Read more »
Hey for all of the entitled asshats that think they can just drive around illegally and are sick of getting pulled over, WALK, or hire a Portsmouth Uber driver!
Haaaaaaaa!
