Liberty Lobby – Week 2 Videos

I’m not actually a lobbyist. I don’t get paid to speak in Concord. I have to take time off from work to do it. Darryl W Perry is the Libery Lobbyist and you should support his efforts!

That said, I was in the house Criminal Justice committee last week, as usual. Thursday had a particularly interesting batch of bills including drug defelonization, and abolishing DUI checkpoints.

HB 1283 would eliminate DUI checkpoints in New Hampshire. I spoke in favor. This is the full hearing video:

HB 1678 would change the penalties for first-time drug possession from felonies to misdemeanors. I spoke in favor. This is the full hearing video:

HB 1792 would lower penalties for drug possession, transportation, or use. I spoke in favor. This is the full hearing video:

HB 1477 would allow those convicted of possession of under 3/4 oz of cannabis prior to “decrim” to file for annulment of their conviction. I spoke in favor, with reservations. Here’s the full hearing video:

Why should anyone support Darryl? His ideas are moronic at best. By the way, Anyone can go before the committees and lobby for what ever bill they are considering. So you can climb off the high horse you continually climb one. As far as DUI checkpoints go, I seriously doubt they will abolish them. By the way, what job do you have? I would tend to believe slacker is not a job.

You know Jacks, I really don’t think you’re qualified enough to be calling Darryl’s ideas moronic – especially considering that you’re the same guy who tried to convince the rest of us that you’re the proprietor of a successful chain of drug rehabilitation centers. Remember when Amanda Bouldin and Flynt taught you a lesson about lying about that? I do. That was really funny, wasn’t it?

Oh, and Jacks? I just adored your latest contribution of Jacksisms: I mean questioning Darryl’s employment prospects? My goodness, that’s good stuff!

I was in the elections committee meetings, the other day, :Darrys position seems to be for more choice for the voters. I’ going to trry to get some videos; there is one coming up tomorrow. Yes anyone can speak at the meetings, its too bad more dont speak. If they did there would be much more chance or dui check points going away.
