Dr David Berman‘s recent youtube video starring myself and fellow Merry Man Graham had its comments and ratings disabled earlier today. David approached the Merry Men on Tuesday and proceeded to use names like ‘idiot’, ‘jerk’, and ‘knucklehead’ to degrade those Robin Hooding. Perhaps he was surprised at the number of responses his video received disapproving of his ad-hominem fuelled confrontation. As usual, comments and ratings remain unrestricted on the higher-quality video of the interaction produced by the Aqua Keene Parking Force. Below is a video I quickly assembled upon finding David’s feedback tools disabled.
T’was two days ago when the Merry Men, which at the time consisted of myself and Keene native Graham, were approached by a mysterious individual wielding a phone as a videocamera. Though he declines to introduce himself, he was prompt in uploading his video to his youtube channel, Dr David Berman/MusicProDave.
Discussion of the cell phone video occupied a good portion of last evening’s episode of Free Talk Live. For a confrontational encounter, I feel surprisingly relieved of responsibility to add much commentary to accompany what was digitally captured. Mr. Berman’s video, my own raw video, and the raw footage from Graham’s flipcam speak for themselves. Following yesterday’s video of a presentation by Pete Eyre, today Free Concord presents footage from the premiere of the director’s cut of Derrick J’s Victimless Crime Spree. The director’s cut is the street legal version of the film which appears on the recently released DVD, available through Amazon. While a theatrical release of the original cut of the film screened at Keene Cinemas in September, the February 22 screening at the Liberty Forum was the first public showing of the newer version. DVDs were also on hand for sale, which feature hours of bonus footage from related Shire activism. After the film, Derrick fielded questions from the audience.
During the deliberative session on February 11, Darryl W. Perry raises some interesting questions on how the school is spending it’s stolen revenue. The final question: “theoretically, the actual education of children could be funded without local property tax?”
