Day 16. Sunday, October 18, 2009
Last night at around 10:00 PM or so, I finally received stamps and other mailing supplies that I requested at the first given opportunity on Monday.
It is so hard for me to comprehend the vast amount of support I’ve had. Mail has come in not only from all over the geographical XXX often named as “The United States of America” but also from over seas as well.
As I ought to have expected I just heard word that the gang calling themselves “government” again is not applying their own rules and truths to themselves, but aggressing further still, violently and deceitfully against any and all who challenge them.
Now I have a deeper appreciation of what the Browns were up against when the Feds and their local groupies (small brained cops) relentlessly and vigilantly pursued their quest to create the enemy they needed to have to justify their existence to a scared people. It is with lament I look back now and question what else could I and others have done to more help the Brown family…and we all know how they made that turn out. (more…)
Initial reports indicated that Evan Pierce was released along with Rich Paul and Noah Wood after todays 420 event. I have come to learn that Evan is at the Cheshire County Correctional Facility.
Keene police, staties, and others from the surrounding areas cracked down on liberty activists today. Here’s the first video to hit the ‘net showing the initial cannabis arrests. Later police arrested three activists for “trespassing” in the supposedly “public” city lobby.
The opposition claims that no one supports liberty activists in Keene, but that is clearly a nonsense claim:
About two dozen liberty activists’ peaceful candlelight vigil for Kurt Hoffman in front of Eli Rivera’s home (KPD’s prosecutor) resulted in a confrontation by KPD officers on duty, followed by Eli himself. Here’s some grainy blackberry footage:
Activists later brought the vigil to Edward Burke’s home (the robed man) – four cops responded there and were offered free pizza. The officers refused, and went away. Look for more video soon from the Obscured Truth Network.
Recorded as it happened and unedited. The jumps in the beginning are me hitting the pause button on the camera. Kurt was sentenced to 180 days in jail for attempting to converse with Edward Burke, the robed man calling himself a judge.
Cheshire sheriffs demand we not record as Kurt Hoffman who minutes before was incapacitated by Eli Rivera, Keene PD’s prosecutor, is wheeled out from Keene District Court on a stretcher. They claim some words on paper called “HIPA” prevent the “free press” from recording people receiving medical care, even if the recipient requests cameras present:
Did you know that EMS workers are also now enforcers of some arbitrary words on paper called “HIPA”? (I didn’t – I thought they were good people who do their best to help. Guess that’s not true of all of them.) EMS workers and sheriffs claim that “HIPA” allows them to prevent you from recording video of what they do with patients. Apparently it doesn’t matter what the patient wants. Watch as this thug steals my camera. I then spent over an hour of my time waiting around to get it back.
