The judge allowed so many things this time that would not have been allowed 2 weeks ago. We are winning back free press in this courtroom. With that we can spread our message farther than just our supporters, to the community, and show them we’re here to free them from oppressive rulings as well.

Wanna hear about the time in Nov. 1997, when they had to bring L.Phillips “Bow-Tie-Boy”(*NOT “bootyboy” – that’s his screen name in the pedophile chatrooms…)Runyan over from Jaffrey/Peterborough to hear the case that arose when then bailliff Frank Smith(ex-State Police/KPD, retired to “court security officer”…)***grabbed my shirt, & tried to throw me to the ground using a “pain-compliance hold”, then, failing at that, shouted, “You’re under arrest!”, *THEN*, he tried to get me to *leave*, (in a failed attempt to create a fraudulent “escape” charge), then, the cops showed up. Lucille Gorges(Clerk of Court at the time…) saw the whole thing. Soon after, she was forced into early retirement. These people will even hurt one of their own….)So about Bowtieboy Runtyun: Of course Frank Smith lied under oath. I swore to, & did, tell the truth. After Smith lied, I directly challenged, (*ON COURT RECORDING*,which *should* still be on their file…)Runyan, & said(re: Frank Smith) “One of us is lying, Judge. Me or him!(Smith) Which one of us is committing *PERJURY*??? You’re the judge, *YOU* make a decision! Which one of us is committing perjury??? He had nothing to say, but to his credit, he did bow his head in at least some embarassment! Did anybody notice an older model maroon colored Ford Explorer, w/Moose plates, parked under the parking deck, near the back lobby door??? That’s Burkes’ truck. He’ll never know how much protection I give him because of that Moose plate. I’m not worried about you guys, but I will protect & defend *anybody* who has a Moose Plate on their car! SEMPER FILENES BASEMENT->:<-.

I object to anyone running around yelling woo hoo and trying to make the judge feel humiliated. To me the title of this story is not \”judge backs down\” but \”judge does the right thing\”

When a government official does the right thing we should be heaping praise on them, and my hat is off to Judge Burke.

I’ll agree with Ridley. People like Burke and Maxfield may not be our allies right now, but anyone who is going to be exposed to our message is a possible route toward freeing ourselves in Keene. Especially when they start coming around like this. It took me over 2.5 years to get where I am. We can’t expect judges and police to see the violence for what it is off the bat.

As long as they are receptive and hearing it, we cannot treat them as enemies.
