Can somebody tell me why New Hampshire hasn’t had any propositions on the ballot to legalize marijuana?

NH does not have a constitutional provision for “voter initiative” ballot measures which changes wording of written law. The only way the voters could change the law is through a constitutional amendment. This is how medicinal marijuana was legalized in Colorado….. the people overruled the crazy government bureaucrats and amended their Constitution.

The police chiefs frequently mislead in this manner. There are tons of small-time marijuana arrests that result in criminal convictions. People get arrested for possessing a pipe with residue in it. I know it happens, I used to do it.

Who’s watching the watchers? Nothing like a good 20 years of “free” Government Indoctrination (public schools or more exactly, Child Prisons) to destroy independent thinking.

Dave, I’m betting the lyrics for your “tune” were written by sir Richard(? :) Good job! )

Don’t know who this “sir Richard” guy is, but the Richard who writes the lyrics told me that he didn’t write it–which I’d guessed, because inverted syntax like “insults angry and mean” aren’t his style.

Speaking as someone that has been to the state house more than once, quite a few of the cops, police chiefs and AG assistants stretch the truth.

    @ Keith

    “stretch the truth?”

Don’t you mean outright lie. At the expense of peaceful people everywhere in NH. I think all those visits to the statehouse has made you way too sympathetic to the thugs in Concord. Ever heard of stockholm syndrome? Get help keith, quick.
