I have recently deleted several posts for name-stealing and spam, I will continue to do this so long as I have the capability to moderate the comments. It was amusing how quickly individuals sought to blame and condemn Ian Freeman for the moderation. As if he is the great boogieman of our time. This has become typical with recent events, most notably the drinking game, and how people are so quick to generalize.
Sure Ian, Sam, Heika and a few others caused a stir, made some news and quickly became the appointed figureheads of the Free State Project in the eyes of so many. Indeed, branded the leaders! How laughable.
Condemning all as you would condemn one, casting all the individuals with all their diversity into one lot and then crucifying the whole. This is ignorant and foolish. It is this type of thinking that has helped justify segregation, slavery and genocide. Are you no better than those of the 19th century?

Keene Radio Hosts Featured as Promised
As he promised on a recent episode of Free Talk Live, a talk-radio program based here in Keene (and as of May 22nd, is syndicated on 79 radio stations across the radio/geographical territory controlled by the organization widely known as the Federal Communication Commission), famed pundit Alex Jones featured the hosts thereof on June 11th, on his own PrisonPlanet.tv program: for a debate regarding immigration as it pertains to strategies for, and philosophies of, liberty. That represents a turn-around of five days—an excellent speed in this commentator’s opinion.
Here is one of several uploads available; this one inclusive of Alex Jones’ preface:
…on which they played the pivotal line from a video of the man currently widely known as President of the United States of America, speaking on “private contractors.” Here is a quick link to the video from the point at which they began playing it on the show, and here is the video in its entirety:

RAW VIDEOS: Activist Kurt Hoffman Arrested for Contempt of Court / EMS Camera Crackdown & Theft
Filed under: Corruption, Personal Freedom, Police, Thuggery, Video
Recorded as it happened and unedited. The jumps in the beginning are me hitting the pause button on the camera. Kurt was sentenced to 180 days in jail for attempting to converse with Edward Burke, the robed man calling himself a judge.
Here is the audio file of him being held in contempt.
Cheshire sheriffs demand we not record as Kurt Hoffman who minutes before was incapacitated by Eli Rivera, Keene PD’s prosecutor, is wheeled out from Keene District Court on a stretcher. They claim some words on paper called “HIPA” prevent the “free press” from recording people receiving medical care, even if the recipient requests cameras present:
Did you know that EMS workers are also now enforcers of some arbitrary words on paper called “HIPA”? (I didn’t – I thought they were good people who do their best to help. Guess that’s not true of all of them.) EMS workers and sheriffs claim that “HIPA” allows them to prevent you from recording video of what they do with patients. Apparently it doesn’t matter what the patient wants. Watch as this thug steals my camera. I then spent over an hour of my time waiting around to get it back. Liberty Activists Continue to make Front Page Headlines
Last Monday’s arrests at Keene District Court continue to make headlines because of the article’s popularity. In fact, it is currently the most popular and commented on article at SentinelSource.com. Thanks to Phillip Bantz for posting this front page article:
Free Staters raising profile
If the marijuana protest and guerilla gardening in downtown Keene failed to raise many eyebrows, the sight of a handful of handcuffed Free Staters being taken out of the city’s District Court earlier this week surely had plenty of residents scratching their heads. The reader comments piled up under online coverage of Monday’s protest at the District Court on The Sentinel’s Web site, where some people ridiculed and criticized the Free Staters for wasting taxpayer dollars and the time of city police officers.
“Time and again, the Free Staters come off as insolent children who stomp their feet and hold their breath until their faces turn blue because they don’t like being told what to do,” commenter Arch wrote.
The Free Staters hit back, outnumbering the opposition with post after post, saying that District Court Judge Edward J. Burke had blatantly stomped on their personal freedoms when he banned the use of video cameras in the District Court lobby. Read more
