Greenfield MA jury acquits two Keene men of felony wiretapping charges after they were arrested for filming the police, the dire state of American schools, and 15 states thinking about alternative currencies to compete with the declining dollar.
I was inspired by the new Free Keene TV project, and because I need one more thing on my plate, I’m going to do my best to crank out one of these per week…
Announcing Radio Free Keene News – a five minute newscast which is available as a podcast and also will air at the top of some hours on LRN.FM.
Well, it’s no secret anymore. In a recent visit to Concord JJ, Garrett and I found the head office for the district courts. It was exactly where one of our commenters here at FK had suggested, as listed on another of the aggressors’ own websites:
District Court Secret Administrative Office 107 Pleasant Street, Johnson Hall, 3rd Floor
Concord, NH 03301 271-6418
(603) 271-6418
FAX: 271-6406
The one in the pic is not the exact building – it’s one building in a complex that is apparently a former state-run hospital. According to a Concord friend, there were horrible things done to people there. Looks like things haven’t changed.
When we entered the building, which had no indications on the outside that this office is there, there was a locked down chamber, where one needed to buzz the floor of interest. Diane came on the line, and from what she said (there is video), it sure sounded like his office. In fact, Diane was so frightened of a group of news reporters with cameras that she told us in a shaky voice that she called security because she wasn’t sure of our intentions!
We also visited the “superior” court head office in search of Tina Nadeau. (more…)
After three weeks of being jailed for not filling out a court form, then ultimately for being morally opposed to paying money to aggressors, Jim Johnson is among the semi-free again!
Generous people donated to Jim’s wife Lauren Canario, and she and Jim made the choice to pay the ransom. It is good to have Jim out of the cage, and outrageous that he was put there in the first place. The man in the robe, in an “ORDER”, claims he doesn’t have “statutory authority” to instead of a fine, impose jail time at $50/day, or community service. (See that ORDER, as well as the original one that Jim was imprisoned on here.
Can the robed man, John P. Arnold, be held responsible? Word is that some activists are pursuing the new “grievance committee” option in Concord against both Keene judges, Arnold and Burke. How successful it will be is another question. JJ and I also put in a message with John Lynch, “the governor”, who is the man who appoints all the judges. Thus far, he has not called back.
Other shenanigans related to this case:
The hearing where John P. Arnold threw Jim Johnson back in a cage was about as secret as you can get. (more…)
If you’ve been reading Free Keene for a while, you know Jason. He’s a prolific activist, a big supporter of civil disobedience, and a talented videographer and editor. I was excited when Free Keene was able to sponsor his videos, but I’m even more excited that he has seen fit to make the move from the woods of Grafton to the urban small town of Keene! Now, he joins FK as a blogger! Here’s his bio from the bloggers page:
Jason Talley (“talleytv”) – Jason Talley reports from the front lines of freedom at Talley.TV and is the Managing Director of the Civil Disobedience Evolution Fund. In both of these roles Jason advocate for the victims of government violence and finds common cause with those who work to replace the State’s perceived monopoly with a voluntary society which respects the principles of liberty, justice and peace.
Jason has been actively advancing the ideas of liberty for over a decade. He left Washington, DC to “search for freedom in America” as the creator and crew member of the Motorhome Diaries. In April 2010, Jason was the 806th person to move to New Hampshire as part of the Free State Project. Soon after witnessing the State of New Hampshire’s ongoing war against peaceful people he invoked his right to revolution and is much happier being part of the Shire community.
