Listeners of FreeTalkLive are familiar with the court orders some of the Keene liberty activists have received banning them from being on Superior Court property without explicit permission from Sheriff Foote himself. Apparently, singing qualifies as “harassing.” Decide for yourself who these public servants are serving. Activists have already agreed that they will not be asking permission to enter the courthouse to conduct their business with public officials. Answer: The innocent workers who have had to endure your harrassment.
Derrick: Where is the property line.
Answer: Right past the border of where the public sidewalk ends and the parkiing lot of the courthouse begins.

Obvious answer: Ofcourse I enjoy it. Raise a family, send kids to school, pension. Yea I love it, you know that whole American dream thing. Its the balls!

I doubt the cited trespass statute applies because Free Keeniacs have the privilege to enter and be present. The sheriff is neither the owner of the property nor authorized person to ban them via letter in lieu of a court order, but rather an elected public servant to the Free Keeniacs as his electors, employers, masters and taxpayers.
DAMN! How do I get one of those no trespass orders served on *ME*…???…
I would *LOVE* an excuse to never set foot in that hell-hole "court" again!…
